If I could give 0 stars I would. My insurance finally received all the bills from the dealership who had to fix my car the rest of the way and there was a total of over $ 15,000 in damages to my car that All Magic said was safe to drive, all the damages were related to the accident. The dealership found a total of almost $ 7,000 dollars in additional damages that were missed. Needless to say I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!

One of their employees stole a cd out of the glove box which was locked but the key was on my key ring so this person went out of their way to look through my vehicle. I personally talked to the owner about it and he didn’t believe me. He told me how they had done their own personal «sting» to try to catch employees and no one stole. The sad thing is I went out of my way not to even get reimbursed but just to let the owner know what kind of people were working for them, instead I got my integrity questioned, sad. You can kiss my business or any referrals good bye.

These guys are awesome. My 2013 Honda Civic was rear ended by an uninsured motorist and we didn’t know what to do. Our insurance agency sent us to All Magic Paint & Body. If not for Raffi and Jennifer at All Magic, this process would have been a nightmare. The car was dropped off on Wednesday and it was done the following week.
Definitely recommend this shop to anyone that needs quality body and paint work done on their vehicle, especially with their awesome customer service, ease of working with insurance, and the friendliness of their staff. I am a fan for life.

I recently went in to get a quote on some passenger side damage on my car. I didn’t want to go through my insurance because the damage was minor. I went in and was greeted my Jennifer she was wonderful. Tom came out introduced himself and took a look at my car, called out the shop Supervisor and asked me if I had time to wait, I said yes. They took my car to the back and within 45 minutes my car was done. I didn’t expect them to do it right away, but I was glad because other shops wanted me to leave it for three days.
I have to say that the service was exceptional. I have NEVER had such great service at any other establishment.

Just picked up our vehicle from the shop and I am extremely pleased with the work they did. I have taken my vehicles there now for a number of years and they have always provided excellent service and repair work. From the receptionist to the techs, they are always friendly and professional. Need a rental car? They’ll have you there in a snap. Want updates on your vehicles? Texts or emails to you along every step of the way. They have great relationships with vendors and insurance companies as well as giving a lot back to the local community and that goes a long way in my book. All Magic always seem to go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied. I will always refer All Magic Paint & Body. Thanks again!

I pick up my vehicle after the repairs are done and the car looked clean on the outside but the inside was filthy dirty, dusty, grease on the seatbelt that stained my outfit «oh» the best part KID TOYS are you serious!!! I don’t even have kids! Mix max window with Tint when my windows never had glass tint. They broke a window! Replaced the glass BUT NEVER said a word to me… I noticed it on their final bill listing the repairs. What kind of good customer service relationships get build on this? Would I refer them to someone never. Because they only Serve the insurance company paying them NOT the customer who’s repairs need to happen.

They are wonderful. They treat you just like family, and are very honest with there estimates. I have been going to them for years and trust them with my car.

I was very pleased with the service of AMAP from the time I walked in to request an estimate to the time I picked up my vehicle — the estimated time, the exact amount, and the relationship they had with the car rental facility — all was done with exceptional service. I especially liked how them kept me informed throughout the week of the status of my vehicle through text messages. I felt assured they were working on my vehicle and had it ready a day before their estimate. Great service!

Bad Service, if I could I give them not even one star! this place did not care to get my business, I was sent by Farmer’s insurance, & probably because I was wearing my gym clothes the front desk ladies wouldn’t even look at me, instead they right away directed to my Niece who was just going with me.
10 minutes later a man comes out with his iphone to take pictures of my Truck, did not ask or comment on anything.
I left around 10 am and a few hours later he text me to get my mileage, for some reason his phone did not get the last picture he stated, what a joke!
It took a couple days before farmer insurance got back with the estimate damage was $ 171.00 the adjuster was so eager to send me the check, right away. «not so fast» I made it clear for him not to send anything till I had it checked out by other shops.
Glad I did, Damage was a total of $ 760 plus rental car.
Thank you for not wanting my business, found a better and professional business just next door to you, so glad we all have choices.

I recently had the misfortune of being backed into while in a parking lot. To make matters worse, my car was less than a month old. I immediately called All Magic in Norco, where I was taken care of right away. After filing my claim there was nothing left for me to do, Raffi, Theresa and Jen took care of everything for me and updated me every step of the way. My car was finished before I expected it to be. I would not hesitate to recommend All Magic to anyone. The impeccable customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff is the best in the Inland Empire. I have been a customer for over 7 years and have never been disappointed.

I’ve been going to All Magic for over 10 years. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Just got my car back after a pretty bad accident and it looks like new again. Its nice to know they care about making sure your car gets fixed correctly.

I was referred by a friend after I got in a car accident. My vehicle was hit from behind and looked like a total mess. I just got it today and it looks great. Theresa and Jennifer were so helpful and helped me deal with the insurance company responsible for the car payment. If you want a good body shop definitely bring your car here. They are very professional and you will see it in their work.

I had a car excitement… this is the bad part but the good part is that I finally found honest place that know what is good customer service is! I got rental car immediately, their customer service updated me with every step on the way and the best part is that my car looks like new on the time frame they promised.
I highly recommend to use this place for any body shop need.

I had an accident in which resulted in damage to my 2006 Ford Mustang. Knowing a few people who had gone to this location and been happy with their work, I took my car in. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, who promptly called my service rep over. After a week long run around with my insurance who wanted to total my car, I was very much ready to get this process under way.
They had an estimate ready for me and set time line. Now being that the car needed new parts anyway, I asked if I could swap out a few parts for alternatives to change the look of my mustangs. They were very willing to work with me and the end result was that my Mustang came out looking like a brand new and better looking car. They even did a few minor repairs to the parts that I had sent in, mainly the hood. The paint came out great and matched perfectly it seems.
One nice feature if you are interested is that they sent me out sms message updates to keep me posted on the car’s progress and any changes in completion dates. It was nice to feel in the loop as so often you have no idea what is going on till its done. Overall, I could not have been happier with how they worked with me to get my car back not only repaired, but looking better than before. I would highly recommend this autobody shop!
On a side note, they have special connection with Farmers Insurance. So if you have them it will speed things up for you.

First off, friendly service will always win me over. My family has been coming here for 10+ years with our cars. They really work with you on getting the most for your money!

Went there a while back to get my car fixed they did some mickey fix on some parts on my car. gave it back dirty with over spray on some areas of the car. The hatch looked like they spilled some kind of oil that dried up on it just a mess when I got it back. Pretty much never again
