Just went here for eyebrow waxing for both my daughter and myself. MARIA did a great job!

I went in today to get some highlights they had a special for 29.95 they look ok
Jeanette was very friendly after the wash she asked me if I wanted her to blow dry my hair and I said sure she took me up front to ring me out and said my total was 49.90 so I said what the coupon was for 29.95 so I asked why it was so much that’s when she said they charge 19.95 for a blow dry I have thin short hair it only took her 5 minutes to dry it. So be sure to ask if they charge for other services before you say sure

Be very careful when someone is cutting your hair. I asked for a little trim and walked out with an entirely different style. My hair was wet hair and she said she was done. I went home and dried my hair, my hair cut was uneven.

Hadn’t gone to a place to cut my hair in forever. Went here after work, only two people were working so I had to wait a little bit, but Caitlin did an awesome job! I love my haircut and I will definitely come back!

Everyone recommends sachi, I went to her today to get my hair done, colored and all. I showed her a picture of what I really wanted and ended up going home to exactly what I had before. Only difference is my hair is super silky and smooth. She is really sweet and I’m sure she is awesome, but nobody’s perfect. I’m really disappointed I was in tears when I got home, it was kind of dark there so I thought it was just the lighting but when I got home it looks no different than what I had before. I paid 94 and tipped 10. Also had blow dry and silk treatment that’s why but still. I wanted to walk out looking somewhat noticeably different. Great service just really disappointed

O.K. service and cut by friendly staff. However:
1. Why was there a DOG in the facility.
2. Why did the stylist have long fingernails that dug into the back of my ears twice while giving me a shampoo.
3. Why was the black cape used to cover me filthy and stained, looking like it hadn’t been washed in a couple of weeks…
For $ 18.95 customers deserve better. I used to go to a wonderful Latino place with NO issues for $ 12, but they are away on holiday so I gave Fantastic Sam’s a shot as a replacement option…

I get my hair done by Heidi and she does a great job. She listens carefully to what I want and constantly delivers amazing results. I change my hair color/​style often and she has no problem keeping up. She’s funny, professional, nice, and very knowledgeable. The salon is clean and in a good area.

Sachi does an amazing job and she makes you feel like she truly cares about giving u a good cut. She’s fast and its always a great price!!! She gets busy so as long as u dint mind a little wait its well worth it !!!

Not a fan of getting my hair cut by people I don’t know, but I must say Caitlin will be cutting my hair from now on .very professional and cute too! I will be going back ! thanks for the fresh cut !!

Love getting my hair and eyebrows done by Caitlin! She is awesome! Prices are reasonable. Plenty of parking. Staff is really friendly, atmosphere is pretty chill. This was my 3^rd visit to this salon and I will be back next time!

Great haircut experience with Heidi this morning. She didn’t cut too much off, was friendly, knowledgable, and didn’t mind my 18 mo old in his stroller tagging along.

I stopped by on my lunch break to get a quick trim and was helped by a lovely young lady named Sachi… I really wasn’t expecting much, but this girl worked magic on my hair in what seemed like only ten minutes… I told Sachi she was ’ Edward Scissor Hands’… Before I know it my hair was finished and looked amazing! The BEST haircut and style I’ve ever had. I felt very lucky to have this wonderful experience. Short, Sweet and to the Point. It’s surprising how good the perfect haircut can make you feel. Thanks Sachi, for giving me exactly what I needed. And many many thanks for not gasping at the damage I put my hair through, I truly appreciate the respect and total professionalism. See you again!

Friendly staff. Wait time wasn’t long. Came as a walk-​in. Stylist knew what I wanted. Doesn’t take very much with a shampoo and hair cut. Total, rounded up was around $ 18. And I have long hair too. Parking was good. Got a parking spot right out front in the evening on a Saturday.

I feel like I have to write a review in defense of at least one of the stylists, Sachiko aka Sachi. I can’t speak for the other ladies that work here, but whenever I get my hair cut with her I leave with healthy looking beautiful hair. She has never disappointed me and never charged me for anything I haven’t asked. Granted, I tend to keep it simple and only go in for cuts; no color or anything fancy. So if you’re in need of a fabulous cut I would definitely recommend booking with Sachi!
I gave this location 3 stars since it’s a review specifically about one of their employees (not because of her service that would be 5 stars). I have had to wait a bit for the customer before me to finish up; while I sat I observed that they were able to take walk-​ins immediately. I hope this review helps some of you in your decision making!

I went in not knowing what I wanted, just knowing that I wanted a cut and color. I was greeted and also given books to look through. I picked out a complete hairstyle from the book. The stylist colored my hair and cut it exactly how I pictured it would be from the book. I love my new haircut and feel better about myself!!! Thank you so much for giving me my new do and for the EXCELLENT friendly service!

I had to wait an hour for a haircut. The stylist cut layers wrong and now my hair is short and sticks up in the back. Just save yourself the pain and cut your own hair. She literally cut my hair in less than ten minutes and said it was done. I was super disappointed.

I really hate to do this, but I have to change my review to something a bit more negative. The phrase «Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me» applies to this situation. The last time I came here, Lisa fooled me into a Silk Hair Treatment without even asking me. She just went ahead and put in the conditioning treatment while my head was in the shampoo bowl and then sat me under the heating chair for thirty minutes. I was like, okay, maybe this is just part of the highlights. Nope, it costs an extra $ 30. Well, last time I loved the highlights so much I didn’t care about that little sneaky extra charge.
This time I was completely taken. I went in for a cut and complete color. No highlights, just color. There was a sale for this combination of $ 50. Tell me then, how did I come out paying almost $ 200!!! I was so upset, but what could I do? It was my own fault for falling for all the sneaky upsale tricks again. She sneakily added highlights for $ 60 and then that stupid silk hair treatment for $ 30 and then just rang up a bottle of leave-​in conditioner without asking if I even wanted it. It all happened so fast I didn’t know what was going on until my card had been swiped and I walked out the door.
These kind of places are super sneaky and unethical. I am NEVER going back here. It’s sad because the one silver lining of this is that I actually really like how she cut my hair. The hair color and highlights are disgusting and not what I wanted at all. Therefore, I just paid $ 200 for a hair cut at Fantastic Sams. That’s messed up.
