Norco Brake & Alignment

Brake pads and rotors charged me $ 400 bucks for a 2000 lincoln town car. It is not only the money issues but the pretty good feedbacks problems. Don’t always trust the feedbacks. The guy lost his patient and said he could put all the things back when I expressed a doubt about the prices. In a word, feedbacks may be too good to be true.

Took my car here to get my brakes fixed. It was really fast and easy. The shop is also really nice and clean. For a girl who has no idea about getting anything fixed on a car I felt really comfortable and they didnt try to rip me off in fact Roger gave me a really good price. I was happy!
Definitely recommend.

Norco Brake and Alignment is the place to go. Never met a more honest, genuine guy than Roger. Unbelievable service, above honest prices, quick turn arounds. There is no reason to look elsewhere for a mechanic. If you need to fix your vehicle, look no further, this is the place, this is the man.

Roger is the best!!! He is the most HONEST mechanic I have ever met. I take my car to him and then verify with other places to make sure. He also does not try to upsell or make you get more work than is necessary. Last but not least, I had a car breakdown and he kept it for me for over a month before I figured out what to do with it without any complaints. I highly recommend him and his work.

Roger is the man! Good old fashioned honest service from a Norco local. Went in for an alignment check and Roger said it was not necessary. Didn’t try to up sell or anything like that. This is a full-​service shop too, not just brakes and alignments. Would give 10 stars if I could and will definitely return for future needs.

Honest, dependable and knowledgeable employees. Came in after being told by someone at another car service place that I needed to get my alignment checked. They drove my car around, checked my tires and stated that everything looked and felt great and that to «save your money» and wait another couple hundred miles to check again. Not only dd they check the alignment for free but were so professional and upheld great time management (I was there less than 20mins). Definitely be back to check my alignment again, as needed.

This place is amazing! Roger is, hands down, the most professional, honest and reliable Mechanic I’ve ever met. He’s done work on both my Wife’s car and my car. He’s the only Mechanic I’ll go to. Period.

Roger was super helpful, checked the brakes not once by on 2 different days, as my daughter couldn’t explain what she was hearing, Roger did a drive along. Found and fixed the issues at a very reasonable cost. I will be bringing my other vehicles here in the future.

For some odd reason I never had any signs of my back breaks going out. One day I heard a grinding noise and it got worse a few days later. I took my car to Norco brakes my mom comes here and she loves them and highly recommend them. Rogger called me and said my breaks and rooters had to be replaced. He was very fast and gave me a great place. I’m definitely going to tell family and friends about this place.

I’m a female so going to a shop is always a stressful ordeal. But I needed to get my brake pads changed & had a wonderful experience here. I was able to set up an appointment the day after I called, my vehicle was fixed quickly, and the repairs are guaranteed for a year. In addition to this, my repairs came back about $ 100 lower that my internet research suggested. The owner was a gentleman and obviously took pride in his service & in his customer service. He said he does everything except new tires. This shop will definitely become my «go to.»

Roger and his family were a pleasure to do business with. Honest, fair and reasonably priced. He was even able to squeeze me in on a very busy Monday and completed the brake service at the time he promised. All the reviews are genuine and spot on. After reading all the great reviews, I took my car here for an alignment. The staff were very friendly and expressed a genuine interest in being honest with their service. They told me if anything just seemed irregular at all to bring it back and they’ll deal with it for me, no problem. Norco Brake & Alignment does business the way it should be done with honesty and great customer service. Will definitely be coming back here.

Took my wife’s car to Norco Brake & Alignment for a brake service. My wife mentioned the steering wheel shakes when she steps on the brake. So I took the day off and have her drive my car to work and I bring her car in for service. We are new to the area so don’t know of any places so I just checked around for auto shops on Unilocal.Norco Brake & Alignment is close (5 mins away) and has all good reviews so I gave it a try.
I couldn’t be happier to have found this place. All the good reviews are right on about this place. Staff are friendly and most important of all, honest. Roger gave me an estimate for the brake service and it’s a very fair price. He said it would take about 1.5−2hrs, so I just went and hang out at the Del Taco across the street. Roger call me back in less than 2hrs and said they are all done. Total damage is less than the initial estimate which I thought was very fair already, so I am a happy camper. I would not hesitate bringing any of my cars if I need brake or other auto services to Norco Brake & Alignment.

Needed an alignment done and the fairly new employee, Scott, did an amazing job. He checked for the exact issue I was having and told me what was wrong. Even had a nice chat with him. Nice people here, fair and honest! Would definitely recommend brakes/​alignment here

Let me start off by saying, Roger is amazing! We literally were stranded in Pomona and were awaiting a tow truck to tow us home since we didn’t want to risk our safety and drive with the brakes giving an awful scrapping sound.
While we were waiting, we found Roger’s shop, Norco Brakes, and decided to call him since he was highly spoken of in his reviews. He was so informative, friendly, and offered to wait at his shop for us until our tow truck arrived.
Thankfully our tow truck driver was made aware that Roger would be waiting even though it would be after shop hours and took every back street he knew of to get us there quickly so we wouldn’t keep Roger waiting too long.
Overall, Roger has a one man shop stop and is very knowledgeable about brakes. He kept our car overnight and had it ready the next day by noon. His pricing was very affordable and we were very pleased he did not charge an overnight storage fee like other places would have. We plan on taking our truck to him to replace the brakes and refer him to our friends and family!
