I was pleasantly greeted and guided through each step of the Storage process. Greg was super helpful in finding me the right size and going through the paperwork with me. Leah was equally pleasant and kind throughtout my visit to their office in Norco.
Thr pricing was unbeatable and the facility is both clean and secure. I feel comfortable housing my belongings at this particular location and would HIGHLY recommend it to others.

Excellent Service and great prices! Leah is the manager and she does a great job of showing the property and informing you of details on the contract. Property is nice and clean. Easy access. All on the same level. NO Stairs! Yay! I would use this storage again and again.

Worst experience ever!!! First the storage unit they rented to me over the phone was 2 feet smaller than stated. When I told them this they told me the sizes were approximate only! Hello, approximate is a few inches, not 2 feet. I had to size up and pay more to get the 2 feet I had paid for to begin with!!! The first month free is a joke, as you only get that on certain size storage units. I also never received a bill and was told it would come by email and/​or paper bill. Got a phone call at 1pm on the day the bill was due and was told I had to pay by 6:30pm or I would be charged a late fee. I asked why I had not received an email or a paper bill. Was told they no longer do that, but could I drive down by 6:30 to pay my bill. Well since I have moved out of state that is a bit difficult!!! Offered to pay over the phone, but they do not take payments over the phone. Offered to pay on line, but I am pulling my belongings out of storage 6 days before my billing cycle ends, and they cannot accept a prorated payment on line. Very very frustrated with this company. Why did they wait until 1pm on the last day my bill was due to call me?

Price Self Storage is GREAT! Move in was easy, the onsite manager was very friendly and efficient. Recently, I inquired about whether they were doing anything to prepare for all the rain, etc for the upcoming El Nino. Much to my delight, they are being very proactive, and cleaning out gutters, stocking up on sand bags, replacing weather stripping, etc. Jimmy is the BEST! Clearly, he cares about his customer’s experience, and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Price Self Storage!

Rented a storage unit today. When I called a week ago to reserve had great customer service. Today once again amazing costumer service. My reservation wasn’t until Saturday but I had to rush my move showed up today Thursday and they were still able to accommodate me no problem! Quick and easy. You can just tell the security is top notch. If you don’t type your own code in when you leave and come in and your unit is tampered with they are immediately informed through security system. So I feel very at ease having my sentimental items in storage here especially compared to other options in the area. They have never had a break in here and I see why. I recommend to anyone needing a storage unit in the Norco, corona area.

Great experience! Gloria was really kind and answered all my questions. She was very knowledgable and was able to suggest the perfect size unit for the best price. They offer a great service with the use of a moving truck and driver. Helped make moving so much easier and saved me time and money! Jimmy was the driver and he called me in the morning to confirm truck delivery and he delivered the truck right on time. The storage was clean and easy to get to. I feel safe leaving my items here.

I found this place son Unilocal and decided to try them because I was moving to this area. I’m so glad I did. The people here are friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and safe. I only needed it for a month but I was very happy using this place. I totally recommend this place.

Completely displeased with customer service. When I reserved the my unit, they promised me use of the truck and said it was available that day of the move. When I went to get the truck, they said they needed it and they can’t release it to me. Since they needed it, I asked about using the truck to move out. They said, the truck is for only moving in. I was pressed for time so I went ahead and rented another truck. I only needed the storage for a week. Told them that when paying, after the month they tried charging me for a second month. It took a lot of effort to talk to somebody in charge.

We usually use Public Storage, and this was our first venture away from that chain in probably a decade. We were absolutely thrilled with the level of service, price and ease-​of-​access of this facility. They were excellent in working with us as we wrapped up our final partial month, giving us zero hassle in setting up a pro-​rated amount. I’d use these guys again in a heartbeat.

Awesome! Everyone I met was very nice and helpful. used it for a few months while decluttering my house to show and sell, and buying the new one. I had another unit at another facility, (they were equally nice too!), but this one is much closer to my new house, and I needed a place for the last of the clearing out of the old house phase. Check in and out was fast, easy and very professional. They also go around cleaning and checking units all the time! Had an initial problem with the unit door, it was fixed in less than about 5 min! Great place to store your stuff!

I can’t believe I am giving a storage unit 5 stars. This business is incredible. The level of customer service doled out here is unparalleled. It is ran by a husband and wife team that are the nicest people running anything. Usually at a storage unit, the office staff is not nice or mean, they just work there. You don’t develop an opinion about them if you’re lucky. This couple goes out of their way to be nice. They are friendly when you call, they’ve stayed open late for me and even open the gates when they see me struggling. It’s clean, the prices are more than reasonable and whoever owns this place should be thrilled with their employees. One month I paid and walked out without getting my $ 80 in change which I later thought I lost until a phone call from them told me they had a surplus, went over their books and figured out it was my money. Wow. I can’t say enough how impressed I am with the refreshing professionalism. Store your stuff here!
