Purr Dee Paws Mobile Grooming

I was looking for a groomer since ours isn’t available today, but after reading the owners response to some of these ratings, what a shame. It hurts your business to be unprofessional like that. If I noticed, so have others. I’m sure you offer amazing services, but I doubt people want to deal with getting harassed.

You can obviously see the response of the business owner which cannot handle criticism and wants to act like a bully if you don’t give him five stars. Go ahead Unilocalers check other less then favorable reviews. Instead of apologizing for my experience, they try to put me down about it. Laugh at me if you want Mr. P but you’re obviously making your business look bad.

I took my shih tzu i don’t recommend this place they didn’t do what i ask. Horrible service. Worst place to bring your puppy! I saw my puppy I was very disappointment with the haircut. They gave me a discount for the next time of course I will not take my puppy there they seem not to care about the dogs at all):

Holly has been my groomer for over 5 years and is the only one I trust to groom my dog. I’ve only had positive experiences at Purr Dee Paws and have had no issues. Michael and Holly are great. Prices are affordable and the facility is nice and clean.

Have been going to this grooming service for over a year and they have done a good job for my family member (aka puppy). I would recommend Perr-​Dee Paws to a friend.

I highly recommend Holly and Michael for pet grooming! I have been taking my dog to Holly for grooming even before they opened their own shop. She is so awesome and exceptionally great with my dog that I followed her even though the shop is further from my home. I was so happy to hear that they now have a mobile pet grooming vehicle which is super convenient! My dog always comes back looking and smelling really good. You should definitely bring your pets here. I personally will never go anywhere else!

On a recommend by our friends, we started taking our Maltese and Yorkies to Purr Dee Paws. We were impressed and happy with the results! We were especially thrilled that they could groom our little male Yorkie since he HATED a BATH and a brush! No matter what we tried he didn’t want to be groomed! We waited for him while they groomed him during his first appointment and he was gorgeous in an hour! I highly recommend taking your pooches to them! I have never been disappointed!

I have been using Purr Dee Paws for a couple of years. I have an elderly English Bulldog and they take excellent care of him. They are aware of his special needs and he always leaves there happy and smelling great!

Micheal, Holly and girls, thank you so much for making my baby Lola so comfortable when we come in. Micheal you are so loving towards my dogs, even my stinky lil chihuahua! My mom and sister have raved about you guys for years and I finally see why! Thank you so much and your prices were a pleasant surprise!

This is the worst groomer that we have ever been to. When dropping our Pomeranian off we requested for her to only be given a bath, nails clipped, and anal glands cleaned. A child brought our dog to the back room that was closed off. When we came back to pick her up her hair was shaved off! Pomeranian’s are not suppose to have there hair cut because sometimes it does not grow back. I then asked the owner why he cut all of her hair off and he did not respond nor apologize for ruining our dog. In addition to her hair being shaved off her ears were cut. When picking up our dog she was shaking profusely. I think they had their child cut our dogs hair. I will never bring my dog there again and I highly recommend that you don’t either.

It seems like keeping an appointment or at least letting someone know they couldn’t keep an appointment would be the first way to keep a client. One strike you are out. It’s no easy feat to bring two big dogs in for their appointment, and what a total disappointment to find a closed sign up. Keep it up and your doors will soon close like a lot of others have in Norco.

The best grooming/​boarding experience i’ve ever had. We live close by and I stopped by 5 mins after closing (oops) to get my pups nails trimmed. The owners greeted me and made no fuss about being closed. Then I took my pup to them for a grooming, I couldn’t believe it!!! $ 20 and my dog got VIP treatment, she smelled so clean! Last summer we went on vacation and I read HORROR STORIES about other places in Corona that do Boarding. I was very apprehensive to leave my baby girl with some heartless strangers, so I called up Purr Dee Paws and they gave me an amazing deal;; my dog came back so well behaved and spry! These folks have an ultimate PASSION and LOVE for animals and what they do which is the ICING on the cake for me, I want my dog in the hands of someone who will be as loving as I am and they are just excellent!

I take my tiny mutt here to get her nails trimmed. They are affordable, friendly and always do an awesome job! I highly recommend them!

We have a Yorkie and a maltipoo who we have been takin here for the last year and couldn’t be more satisfied. The staff is wonderful and really understand the different cuts we choose for our dogs. They handle our dogs with love and care and have now grown a great relationship with the our dogs. The grooming is always done in a timely matter, never had complaints with taking to long. Have recommended this place to our neighbors and friends and will NEVER go back to pet smart or petco who have cut off our Yorkies top knot multiple times!!! Purr Dee Paws is an a++ in our book. Thank you to the staff and all their hard work… kudos!

I have been taking my maltipoo here since the salon opened. They ALWAYS do an amazing job. Michael, the owner, works around my schedule and makes it so easy for me to get my dog taken care of. Prices are good and the salon is impeccably clean (and adorable). Each time Frosty is groomed I am 100% satisfied. They do a wonderful job every time!

Don’t let the one star fool you! I only used it because Unilocal will filter most good reviews with 5 stars. THIS GROOMING SALON IS THE BEST ONE WE HAVE BEEN TO! We love how we are treated, And always willing to support our local ma and pa shops. It is great and refreshing to see a family work together. We will always continue to take our dogs to Purr Dee Paws Pets Salon where we are ALWAYS treated as a #1 customer. WE LOVE PURR DEE PAWS!!!

First off, this salon is very beautiful in every way and I am always greeted like family when I come in. Everyone there are wonderful. They treat my pets as if they were their own. Holly was my groomer and I will never go to a different groomer. she gave my dog thee best show cut I have ever seen and colored my dog very detailed and professionally. I love this shop. And did I mention, she has a beautiful standard named China who I love and adore, very well behaved. I can’t wait for my dogs hair to grow out just so I can go again. I hope to see them soon. I highly recommend this place to everyone. The person above me is crazy for thinking this place is horrible. Home sweet home it is for me here.

This is the worst grooming salon I have been to. I drop off my dogs and a child is taking them back, she is DRAGGING them! I stop her and ask her not to drag my dogs and I pick one up and hand it to her to carry back. I go back to the salon after 4 hours to check on my dogs, I am told another 45 minutes, they will call. I get the call from a CHILD and she tells me the cost is $ 110.00 each and CASH ONLY! I ask her why so much and she has an adult come to the phone, she corrects the cost and does tell me it is cash only. I ask why I was not told when I dropped off or when I came back to check, no answer, they said they don’t have a credit card machine and they should post it somewhere, GEE, YA THINK? First dog comes out, second dog comes out and I ask where her facial hair is, this CHILD tells me it was matted, I say, No it wasn’t matted, I combed it out myself this morning. A male employee says he will find out, I tell him don’t bother, it is gone now! This shop does not care about the customers at all! I should have listened to my gut and turned my car around after I dropped them off and got my dogs out of there! I told them I was very unhappy and I would not be returning! I would suggest you do the same!!!
