Established in 2004.

Extreme Performance Training Systems is a results-​based, personal and small group sport and fitness training center started in 2004 by expert trainer, Scott Shetler. Whether your goal is to dominate your competition in sport, or attain the highest levels of health and fitness, Scott and his trainers will help you get there in the shortest time possible. We started training out of Scott’s basement and grew the business to it’s current commercial location by providing the absolute best sport and fitness training services in Atlanta. Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Scott has a degree in Health and Physical Education, is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and is a certified kettlebell coach.

Through Extreme Performance Training Systems, Scott trains competitive athletes of all levels as well as motivated fitness enthusiasts. In addition Scott has spoken at numerous seminars, clinics, universities and various presentations on topics related to health, fitness, and strength and conditioning.

Scott has been featured in, and written, numerous articles for various publications. He has authored six books including his most recent «Abundant Health: Fitness for the Mind, Body, and Spirit.»

Scott was a contributor to the world’s leading Mixed Martial Arts magazine, Fight! and is the Kettlebell Training Specialist for Tapout’s Virtual Training Center.

Scott has competed in both powerlifting and kettlebell sport lifting and is currently studying Taijiquan & Qigong.
