Georgia Antique and Design Center

This place offers an extremely unwelcoming environment. There were rooms upon rooms of dining room, bedroom and living room furniture. At times it is difficult to locate a salesperson. The inside is so desolate and quiet that you could disappear and no one would know. Don’t get me wrong, there were some nice furniture pieces, there was also a fair share of cheap furniture.
The Georgia Antique and Design Center is a conglomeration of furniture retailers. It is essentially set up like an indoor flea market. The specialty shops have different themes ranging from contemporary, traditional and modern to Asian and Moroccan inspired furniture and of course, antiques. Of all the specialty retailers, the best quality and style fell within the Asian and Moroccan inspired shops because the furniture was unique and of excellent quality.
The Georgia Antique and Design Center is surrounded by tons of other furniture stores located off I-​85 on Dawson Blvd. between the Plesantdale Road and Jimmy Carter Blvd.
