Papa John’s Pizza

This place is horrible. My pregnant girlfriend ordered a one pizza for delivery, nothing else. It took them over an hour and half to get it to her. She called after 45 mins to ask about it and they had barely started making it. I will never order from here again.

Worst service I’ve ever received. The guy who answers the phone is rude and sounds like he’s about to fall asleep while talking to you. We ordered a pizza and 2 liter. We received the pizza but no drink. We called back and they said they’d deliver the drink but it never came. I called back again for a refund and he put me on hold for 10 minutes, was rude again and hung up on me. Won’t be ordering here again.

I’ve never had a bad pizza from this location. When you ask for extra cheese, they pile it on. Delivery is usually pretty quick.

They blocked my phone # and took over an hour and half to bring my food after i called them on another phone #.

Very slow and the workers were rude. I received no greeting when I walked in at all, as if I was wrong for walking into the place. The guy who took my order was less than interested in what I was saying. As I waited for my pizza, the same gentleman answered the phone several times and was very short with customers. His customer service is LESS than satisfactory. The pizza was excellent though; if I ever purchase a pizza from this location again it’ll be delivery.

Great customer service! The manager wants to make the order right if ever it is not the first time.
This store does a great job with customer service! I order from them on average twice a month for delivery. I have had only two orders not right over the last six months and on both of the orders they corrected the issues with no problem. I did not get the drinks on one order so the delivery person went out of there way to run to the nearest store to get the drinks so I would not have to wait which is awesome customer service and the other time they forgot the extra pepperoncinis so the manager gave me the next order for 50% off the regular price. Thanks to Benny and his staff for the great customer service!

Well, it goes a little something like this. I had a healthy turkey sandwich in the wings waiting for me to finish my wine. But behold commercial television! I kept seeing those «Go Big Papa commercials and decided to put the bird on ice and order some pizza delivery instead. This Papa Johns is nearby as I see it among the myriad of food choices when I go to Kroger for me and Daisy’s rotiserrie chicken and other groceries.
I locate them on the Net, I called the number and ordered a large, well done, thin crust pizza with spicy Italian sausage, pepperoni, roma tomatoes and extra sauce. I was not looking forward to another sauceless pizza disaster that was Dominos.
The pizza arrived rather timely, and I could not wait to dig into it. At first sight, I wish I had ordered something green on it, like some bell peppers or something. Next time I’ll take note of that. Should there even be a next time. I pulled a slice of it and my first thought was…“Meh, it’s just all right.» Nothing spectacular. More sauce than Dominos but still not nearly enough. The sausage could have been spicier too.
Overall, it fills a drunken need. But you won’t see me cheering, «Go Big Papa» anytime soon. So to those who reccomended that I try Papa John’s…Kiss my ass. Daisy liked it more than me so that makes it… dog food.
