This review speaks to the mail order end of the business. They advertise product that they don’t have and don’t inform you that an item is back ordered until you hound them. I’m STILL waiting for an order to ship after TEN DAYS. Zero followup. AVOID!

i order a lot of woodworking related products every year and most of my experiences are very good. I’d never ordered from Peachtree before and although I received my order quickly and everything was as expected, their follow up service is lacking. I had an important question that I wanted answered after my purchase as the product wasn’t performing up to expectation so I sent an email. 19 days later I still have no reply. That’s pretty poor customer service.

Love this place for the odd-ball woodworking tool — they actually manufacture some items based on designs derived by the employees. They also have a good selection of turning tools, dust collection parts/pieces/tubing and general woodworking finishing supplies. Also, if you’re ever in the market for a Saw Stop table saw, give this place a try. Peachtree also hosts the Gwinnett Woodworkers Association, but the monthly evening meetings and the general weekly meetings (Saturdays at 8:00 AM) — great people to get advice or to learn new techniques.
I’ve found the employees at Peachtree to be knowledgeable both about their products and best practices.
