NEVER AGAIN!!! Prostitutes, cops CONSTANTLY, rude dot heads, worthless house keeping that barely even comes once a week, roaches out the ass, black mold, mold everywhere, ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES.
The god damn Dot Heads that work here are the RUDEST, MOST STUPID, AND CHEAP ass motherfuckers. The house keeping comes once a week (if you’re even that lucky). The towels/​wash rags you get are dirty 95% of the time. These god damn Dot Heads go in people’s rooms when they are not there (yes I saw for myself). Everything in the vending machine is expired. Meaning food and drinks. There’s only 2 washers and 2 dryers. One of the washers is broken and I was here almost 2 months. I left yesterday and it’s STILL broke. The rooms are small. Your kitchen is your bathroom and your bathroom is your kitchen. The safe is worthless even when you ask them to come fix it and open it up for you. We asked a total of 5 times. Never saw the safe once the whole time there. The fridge is small. It’s basically a freezer. It will freeze everything. Or melt everything. Any time you complain about something here, they threaten to call the fucking cops on you. Literally the cops are here ²⁴⁄₇. Your rates change every fucking week even if you’ve been there forever. Coupons are worthless because Dot Head changes the price to make it more expensive then says you can’t use it. We asked Dave (Main Dot) to see the cameras to prove people were coming in the room. He claimed it cost $ 150 to view the camera. MY FUCKING ASS. We asked a different Dot Head and he said there was no charge, but that the camera man had to come do it for us. NEVER SAW THAT CAMRA MAN OR THE FOOTAGE. This place is a NIGHTMARE. I wish I could put 0 stars. This place is hell. It should be sued and literally torn down.
Example on how rude these fucking Dot Heads are: I realized last night I left my blankets in my room. This morning I called «Dave» (MAIN DOT HEAD #1) and he claimed they found nothing in there. I was TRYING to ask if he would give me a call if he did and his smart ass hung up on me MID SENTENCE. I will be going back there to get my shit and I’d love to leave them a big pile of shit.
Red roof on Brook Hollow, you will be sued and all the Dot Heads will no longer have a job! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!

This motel looks fine from the outside, however the rooms were musty, there was standing water in the bathtubs, the wallpaper was hanging off the walls in strips and the list goes on. I saw multiple different rooms here during the horrifying 45 minutes I spent at this location with the front desk staff trying to make me happy.
I’m not high maintenance and I know what I’m getting into with a Red Roof Inn or other similar hotels/​motels… but this was like walking into a 1950’s Western Horror film.
I am now getting the run around with corporate to get a refund… STAY AWAY!!!

This place smells really musty. Carpet is stained and looks like cigarette burns all over it. The bed is low and hard. The a/​c unit looks like it’s seen better days. Wall paper is peeling. Looks like your cheep run down hotel. As I walked to my room had a woman ask if I needed some company that should tell u a lot there!

I am currently in one of the rooms after a long drive from North Carolina. We saw this and boy am I an idiot for not checking the reviews. You honestly pay for what you get. Like I said I’m currently in a room here. The beds are disgusting, the walls are disgusting, the room smells soooooo bad!!! And in currently listening to the people next door having sex. It’s 1:35am, there music in another room. There’s people getting drunk outside. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Like this is beyond gross!!! We brought out own inflatable beds and blankets so we are literally just using the floor. As soon as morning hits were outta here! Again DO NOT STAY HERE!!! With 20 bucks more you can get something decent!!!

You can’t beat the price the staff here is great and they allow pets. They recently installed new large flat screen TVs but the programming is minimal at best. The manager (Kimberly) is great. The rooms are relatively large and clean. Friday and Saturday nights you can sit outside and almost feel like you are watching a live version of the TV show COPS due to the drugs and prostitution. With that said it’s better than the other choices of motels in the area.

I stayed at the Indian trail Red Roof Inn in Norcross on Thursday, April 1, 2010.
I arrived close to midnight. The hotel is easy to find off the Indian Trail exit and they have excellent signage from the freeway. The hotel is a nondescript 3-​story rectangular building with access to the rooms from the outside. At night the lobby is closed, so you have to talk to the receptionist through the glass in a separate waiting area. I noticed that the ice machine and some vending machines were in this room.
Here are the pluses. The rates start at only $ 36/​night and parking is free for hotel guests. There is a chevron gas station, Waffle House, Arby’s, and Wendy’s within walking distance. Everything else is within a short drive.
Here are the negatives. This hotel is eerily similar to Motel 6; maybe a ½ star better. The bedding and linens were uncomfortable, but at least I did not see any large stains or cigarette burn marks. I also did not see any cockroaches. The rooms smell musty and the toiletries are bare-​bones. The TV is maybe 13″. Seriously, how much would it cost to at least install some 27″ TV’s. There is also no laundry room onsite.
Also, read the back of the deal for a free Burger King crosainwhich with a nights stay. The offer is only good for 2 locations that are not even near the hotel. Also, the lobby coffee machine is broken. I hope they got that fixed.
Bottom line, if you are by yourself and are price conscious I would recommend this place. If you can afford it, I would look elsewhere for a comfortable stay.
