A Better Handyman

I needed my window sills replaced. Joe and his team were able to come out the same week and provide excellent craftsmanship at a great price.

I needed my door re-​framed after someone had kicked it in. I called and someone came out that day to inspect it and everything seemed promising. After he left, I got the new door frame and called him back to see if he would be able to instal it like he said he would. No one answered so I left a voice mail. I didn’t receive a call back after two days so I called the secretary, she didn’t answer. So I called an hour later and she picked up, she said she wouldn’t be able to talk to me right then but said she’d call back in an hour. She never called back. So I called again, no answer. I left a voicemail and it’s been about a week with no call backs. They seem like really nice people but their organization and professionalism needs a lot of work. Needless to say I’m paying someone else to do it now, and because they are doing it with no hassle they are getting a fat tip from me.
