If ZERO stars were possible that’s what I would give this «business». Cold hard facts:
1. I looked this place up on here and chose them because I was locked out less than HALF A MILE from their location expecting that to fix the typical 30 – 45 min wait for this kind of thing.
2. The guy on the phone STILL tells me 25 – 30 mins but whatever I need to get in my truck.
3. Im sitting outside in the cold at a gas station for an hour before i even hear from someone.
4. I go with Pop a Lock who shows up in time and gets the job done.
…and now the rant. I’m not the type of guy to place blame that squarely belongs on my shoulders on anyone else’s; so the fact that I locked myself out of my truck is all on me. But, that issue aside, when you call a professional that is supposed to help with that problem the expectation is that they’ll be professional and come and do the job they said they would do. After working a 24 hour shift at the fire station I stood outside in the cold for an HOUR waiting for this company to send someone from their facility which is LITERALLY four blocks from where I was locked out (which is why I chose them in the first place) after being told on the phone that they’d «be there in 25 — 30 minutes». It was after the first HOUR that someone else who I never even spoke to called me to ask «if I had been helped yet» and when I told him no and asked what gives with telling me 25 mins and leaving me in the cold for an hour? He explains that «he’s been trying to get in contact with them too and he doesn’t know what’s going on either.» This place is unprofessional, discourteous and ran by people who apparently don’t know how to spell customer service let alone have any. I wouldn’t trust them to take out my garbage. Thank goodness for Pop a Lock.
