Bay Old Dominion Collision & Service Center

Had to get new brake pads. They were friendly and quick. I showed up on a Friday afternoon with no appointment and they took my car right away and I had my car by 9 the next morning. Very easy and will definitely go back.

This is my go to place when I’m having any sort of car issue! They’ve helped me with everything from oil changes to major brake repairs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs awesome service for a reasonable price. They’re also great for car inspections and have a really fast turn around time! As a student I was worried about finding a new mechanic in a new city, but these people treat you like family and are trustworthy!

As a ODU student who just I wanted somewhere close to campus so I could still get to class. I just drove from California and noticed some issues. They were very professional. Called me over the phone to tell me what needed to be fixed. (They also sent emails on the status of the car). Described everything in great detail and we worked together deciding what needed done. I appreciated their honesty and ability to work with me and my budget. I also got a state inspection and oil change. I went here on 1÷18÷2016 evening and picked it up the next day after class. To my surprise they gave me a student discount :) My car is now running better than it has in months. I will be back to Bay Old Dominion Collision the next time I need something done.

This is the BEST service center we have ever been to. We have two Honda vehicles that needed new state inspections, as we are new to the area. The team at Bay Old Dominion walked us through everything that would be inspected and the reasoning for our rejection the first time. They made us feel comfortable and treated us like family.
Shortly after our inspections one of our vehicles was damaged in the floods from a hurricane. The first place we thought of to take the car was to Bay. ET and the team were efficient, honest, and worked very hard to keep in touch with us regarding the insurance claims, payment, issues that arose, and when we could come and get our car. Normally I would take a new car to the dealer, but I have had many issues with the honda dealer in the Norfolk area and the team at Bay understood my trust issues and really made every effort to do right by me and my husband.
I will always take my car to Bay, no matter how new or old. This team took care of us and our vehicles, and made us feel like a part of something bigger.

I went here and now im never going back to another place. The customer service was excellent. The man that took care of me went above and beyond. Definetely going back.
