History

Established in 1985.

A group of highly experienced attorneys came together with a single objective — help injured folks in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. This was the genesis of our law firm. We only represent clients who were injured in an accident caused by the fault of another (i.e. plaintiffs).

Since the firm’s founding, our team of attorneys have secured a myriad of large settlements and jury verdicts. In fact, we secured a record-setting $ 60 million jury verdict for a seriously injured client in 2000. We also secured a $ 21 million structured settlement for a client in 2012.
