Fresh Sushi Grade Fish — We source the finest fish from producers worldwide and ship it fresh on ice directly to our store. You cannot buy a fresher piece of fish unless you meet the boat yourself.

History

Established in 2015.

Cheese & Crackers opened our first store in Champaign, IL in 2010. Five successful years and we are making our very first expansion ever into the Bloomington Normal area. Bloomington Normal represents an amazing opportunity for us to bring our food to a brand new audience. Bart has work in the food industry for years in a wide variety of roles including cooking in some of the worlds finest restaurants. Living in Central Illinois Bart decided to share his passion for fine food and opened the first Cheese & Crackers in Champaign, IL in 2010.
