My wife had a slow leak in a front tire. I drove to Discount Tire to get it remedied. Unbelievable service! Parker and the entire staff run their business like a hospital (tire triage, diagnosis, remedy, follow up). They are passionate about making sure everyone leaves with their autos on safe tires. I’m thinking of slashing my own tires just so they can sell me a new set! Did I mention the repair, sensor rebuild, wheel cleaning, dynamic balancing and tread check were all FREE. They will get 100% of my business. They should get 100% of yours.

First time using them. Website was easy to use, so I selected my tires and setup an appointment on there.
Even though they were busy, I was in and out in exactly 30 minutes. There was no pressure to select a higher priced set. Staff was polite and professional. I will most definitely use them for our other vehicle.

The service at this place is amazing. Bought a set of Michelins about 30k miles ago — always friendly and helpful when I come in for rotations. Definitely recommend!

I was skeptical of all the great ratings this business received. Really? A place called «Discount Tire Store» receives only 5 star reviews? Well I’m certainly not going to be the one to break that streak.
If you own a car, the time will come when you need to replace your tires. Depending on your disposition, that day may come when you are walking to your car, notice the tread and wonder ‘is it time for new tires?’ or, if you’re less concerned about car maintenance, that day may come when you’re hydroplaning down the highway in March. But the day will come. It’s inevitable. And when the time does come, you’ll wonder where to turn.
Let me save you some time. Discount Tire Store (Lord, that’s a terrible store name — pains me to even type it) seems to understand the consumer and our very basic needs: to get new tires and not feel like we’re being ripped off. And that’s what you’ll get — honest advice about your tire status, and if you get new ones they’ll throw in free tire rotations.
Heads up – they’ll offer you some kind of warranty on your tires. I didn’t get it and wasn’t given a hard time or made to feel like I was losing my salesman commission. But when I went in for my first complimentary rotation, I overheard a conversation between a salesman and a customer who had a nail in the sidewall of his tire. The salesman explained that if he’d had the insurance, the replacement would be free but as it stood he’d have to purchase a new tire. The customer asked a million questions and even though there were a few of us waiting, the salesman took the time to answer each one. The customer eventually decided to replace a pair of tires and get the insurance. I guarantee that the customer didn’t feel like he was talked into that decision. And that’s what’s nice about this place. They just provide good service, which is all you’re looking for when buying tires and yet it’s somehow so hard to find. So just go here.

Came here to get new tires for my boyfriend’s car. First I’d like to start off by mentioning I know nothing about tires, but I do know what good customer service is. Very friendly and got lucky that we were able to change three tires and the whole service for $ 300! And best of all, we were out of there in an hour! Only thing I could say I wasn’t happy about was waiting to get the key to go home. It seemed like it added unnecessary time.

Reasons why I’m doubly impressed:
1. I was told by my car place that my tires on my newish car had run dangerously thin. (I guess my affordable car came with cheap tires to make the car, well, cheap OTD.) They quoted me a price. Not to be taken, I did some research, took a few friends’ recommendations about how great this place is, and went to see what Discount Tire would quote me. They came up with the same quality tire at a better price. Sold and installed. Courteous service, and saved me some money. Awesome tires. Happy customer. The End, or so I thought…
2. Several months later, I’m back again for routine service at my car place, and they told me that my tires were way too large, rubbing and causing potential damage to my car’s innards. I drove immediately afterward to Discount Tire, where they were able to recognize the mistake and corrected it for free, right away, while I waited. No damage had yet been done to my car. I wasn’t angry, just seeking a solution. But the person who had helped me AND the manager both personally took ownership for the problem and apologized, and they fixed it FAST while I waited, at no charge.
I believe it was a sincere and rare sort of mistake. They were like, «THAT was why we had this weird inventory issue a while back!» I got new, awesome tires, again. And I really respect how they totally owned it and made it right.
Customer for life.

These guys literally run to your car when it ready to be done. Fast, honest, hard working crew.

Easy… That’s the one word I will use when dealing with this store. I called looking for tires and the man who answered was just layed back but we’ll informed. Which is excellent considering how hard and stressful it is to shop for tires. This place has great prices, excellent and fast service, and a very kind and upbeat staff. Plus they informed me they have over 900 stores if you ever have a blow out your information is already in the system so there is no stress dealing with that either. Trust me people this place is great and you will not be disappointed unless ur just an unhappy person.

If you are looking for tires you DON’T need to go anywhere else! I can’t express how awesome it is to work with a «car place» that is clean, professional, and goes above and beyond for customer service.
I just purchased all four new tires for my Pontiac Torrent. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service that I received, as well as the great price! GO HERE FIRST!

I am the worst when it comes to cars, but this company has really been my knight in shining armor. I got a flat last year, so I went here to get a replacement tire. The customer service was wonderful, their price for a replacement tire was exceptional, AND they offered me insurance on all my tires that somehow saved me even more money. I could not have been more impressed.
When I ended up needing a replacement tire 6 months later (I told you I am the worst when it comes to cars) the Discount Tire near my parents’ home up north was able to easily look up my records. Since my tires were insured, I only paid a $ 12 labor charge for the replacement.
Best deal I have ever gotten. EVER. I cannot recommend Discount Tire enough.
Heads up though: This locations can get REALLY busy, so to avoid the wait, it is best to set up an appointment in advance.

I came here one day to replace ALL of the tires on my nissan altima. The tires that I had selected online were a little more expensive than what I needed, and the mechanic was able to point me in the right direction. Not only did I save money, but I was SO impressed with the level of customer service. Their website is super user friendly too, so that’s a good plus. Love this place, and I’ll go back for all my tire needs.

My relationship with Discount Tire spans several years and many cars. I have never been disappointed in the quality of work or price of product, and have ALWAYS been AMAZED and the wonderful customer service provided by every staff member. I wish all my business interactions were this pleasant.

I live near discount tire, so when I got a flat the other day it was my only option.
That being said, I’m happy to have found it!
My tires weren’t from Discount Tire originally, but they said they were in good enough shape to get me a new tire and cover my other three under their warranty (free fixes and rotations for the life of the tires)! This won me over. The prices were cheap and the service was awesome. I had to wait a pretty long time but there’s nothing you can do about that in pothole season.
Will definitely be going back for all of my tire needs.

Their prices are fair, the staff is honest and they do the work quickly. That’s all you’ll ever need a in a car place.

I purchased new tires as well as new wheels all at once. I had a great experience. All the staff I talked with were very friendly and polite and acted as if they genuinely cared, which is always nice. Prices are comparable to any online pricing and the best part was that I was in and out of there with in 40 minutes which was way quicker than I could have hoped for.
Another bonus is that they do free rotations for the life of the tires. Win. Great job guys.

If you’re looking for a reliable tire shop look no further! Bought 4 new tires for my SUV bought the road hazard with them. SO worth the extra money! Had a flat out of town, they had to order my tire it would take 3 – 4 days. Gave me a temporary FULL sized tire so I wouldn’t have to drive on my spare! They go ABOVE and BEYOND for their customers!

Shopped around and they have the best prices on tires. Great service from nice people. Great selection of tires from cheap to high end performance. The company I work for brings all of its service vehicles here for tire and tire repair. Free rotation and rebalance of tires makes it a super deal when they are cheaper than other places that don’t even offer that as a free perk.

Quick, clean, professional. They got me in and out a lot earlier than I expected. Class Act. I was unfortunately just passing through, but I would definitely consider this location and franchise again in the future.

I have purchased a set of tires for both my cars over the past 2 years. Just yesterday, I made an appointment online to balance and rotate my tires which is free when you purchase tires from Discount Tire. I gotta say, these guys are the ultimate professionals from the management to the tire changers. I have my tires balanced and rotate every 6 – 8,000 miles and it’s free!!!’ Over the life of owning my tires, think how much this saves. Not only was my tires that I purchased a very competitive price, but this store sells me on customer service!
