Rooterman Plumbing

Rooter man serviced my house in a plumbing emergency and did good work and responded to our calls for help with the plumbing situation quickly. The problem was after the plumbing was taken care of. We ended up having our entire sewer line dug up and replaced. They had told us that their goal was to make it look like they had never been there once they were finished, but it is almost a year later and my yard is still in disarray and looks terrible. I have had to make endless phone calls to get them to return to the job to level out my yard once, and now that they have done it once they don’t want to seem to return. Leaving me to level my yard on my own. This is not what we had agreed on and after endless calls of me asking them to come back out and them promising them to «put me on the list» they never show up to finish the job. If you are in a pinch and this is the only company you can get to come out they are ok, but they don’t finish the project like they promise. I feel like they took my money and now they don’t care. We were tied to this company due to our home warranty but would probably not have chosen them on our own and would probably not recommend them to a friend in a similar situation.
