Worst service ever. After waiting over 1 ½ hrs to simply return a phone charger which I had received as a gift and I had the original receipt I was told they could not refund to me but need the person and original card that it was purchases on. And then several other walk in people(without appointments) were seen in front of me. Still waiting to talk to manager. Unreal customer experience.

People, thankfully they have great CS folks working here. Got the new phone, synchronized with computer… then an hour on the 855# to activate the phone. No luck. Long wait, then the technician at the«connect my number», couldn’t do that function??! So we are here again to activate. Long wait, but lots of folks.

I have visited this store several times over the past few years. They have always provided great, patient customer service. Right as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly employee that added me to their waitlist. The waitlist ends up on a flat screen tv, so you can see how many people are in front of you. There were people there looking for new phones, changing their plans, and paying their bills. Everyone that left seemed happy, including me. My customer service representative, Taylor, took the time to help me find a way to reduce my monthly U-verse bill. After providing me with all the options possible, we’ve cut out about $ 50 from my bill. Thanks for the great service!

I was just visiting family in Oklahoma and we stopped by this location to get a new phone. It’s corporate, so nothing too special or unique about it. The guy helping us was a real asshat though. First thing, he was pretty rude to my mother when we first got in. My parents and I got there right before a big rush and a lot of people were stuck waiting for someone to help them… but said asshat was preoccupied with watching my phone for half an hour while the machine transferred my contacts and pictures on my old phone to the new one. I think that elevated his asshattiness, because he could have helped someone else while the transfer completed. Would that have been rude to me? No. I’ve done this song and dance before and know it takes time, so I could care less if he wanted to excuse himself to help someone else. But no, in all his asshat glory he just watched data from my phone transfer to that machine. On top of that he didn’t really even acknowledge us, or anyone else for that matter that whole time. I remember his name, but I’m not going to post it. If you stop by this location you’ll probably guess who it is pretty quickly. I just wish the store manager would require he wear a dunce cap that reads from top-to-bottom: Asshat.
