Wanted to switch dentist for a while, had enough from my local (River Grove Dentist). Read the reviews and was pleased. My first visit with the dentist was awesome and super friendly. I am glad I moved, based on the one visit alone. She explained everything is plain language and did not talk down to me like my previous dentist. The only thing you do have to schedule weeks in advance, but that’s not problem.

My daughter, who is five, has been coming here since she was two. Vicki is her hygienist. She is kind, gentle and truly concerned about my daughters dental health. She talks to my daughter in a very educational and appropriate way. She also talks to me about what to expect with my daughters growing mouth. She is a gem!
Dr. Izzo is a great dentist. She works well with kids… kind, loving, gentle… excellent attributes to have as a pediatric dentist.
The desk staff is always welcoming as well. They are great on the phone and I have never had any issues with insurance or payment.
My husband and I go to Dr. Roggi, and have been for years and years and years. If I had to switch for some reason, I would defiantly go to Dr. Izzo. She and Roggi are also close friends… they should go into practice together. That would be outstanding!!! THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS…

I’ve been going here since I was 16– fantastic place! Dr. Izzo is so kind and makes you feel so comfortable. The whole staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! It’s a great family-​friendly place that will keep track of your progress and always remember who you are!
They are quite busy though (a good sign!) and the only downside is that their schedule fills up VERY quickly, especially if you’re looking for an appointment on a Saturday. So book well in advance if possible!

Dr. Karen is fantastic, thorough, and excited about what she does. Her staff is amazing as well. I’m not only not nervous to go to the dentist as I’d often been in the past, but I’m kinda excited because I get to see these awesome ladies! Keep up the good work!

This is the most informative, friendly dentist office I have ever visited. I moved and I still come back here. Dr. Izzo and her staff are wonderful. People are usually scared/​nervous to go to the dentist, here is anything but scary. Normally busy, so call to make an appointment at least a week in advance.

The staff and Dr. Izzo are such wonderful people. They really get to know their patients and take great care of them. I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned. My good friend recommended this dentist to me and has told me how great they are with kids too!

I love love love Dr. Izzo. Going to the dentist is never fun, and after our last guy retired and was replaced by what can only be called a douchebag, we decided to find a new dentist. My mom was hellbent on finding a female, and so we decided to try Dr. Izzo. We’ve now been going there for at least ten years. One of the good things about this place is the spacing of appointments — you’re never in the waiting room forever, and you never feel rushed when you see the doctor. Perfect example — I had a cavity and Dr. Izzo swabbed some numbing gel on my gums, and then we sat there talking for a good five minutes because she said she wanted to make sure I was competely numb before rocking the novacain. It doesn’t sound like a big deal, but anything that keeps me from feeling a needle shoved in my gums is a good thing. Oh, and one time my retainer broke and she offered to come in on a Sunday morning and fix it for me, no problem. And she’s got a killer bubbly personality. One thing to note — she’s not an in-​network provider for any insurance.
