Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I previously had a bad experience at a different AT&T store but this one redeemed them for me.

this place sucks. there are some okay employees and there are a good number of incompetent ones. lucky if you get an okay one. the employees dont care about keeping their customers. the employees arent even happy to be here. im only here bc its the closest to us. dont be surprised if you have to wait in line to sign in. i hate this place.

Told me hotspot was completely free(due to a current special) and there was actually an activation fee with a monthly charge. Took me about 6 hours between chats and going to store to get a promise to be reimbursed. I have not as of yet, but looks hopeful at this point.

For all of you who dread a trip to the cell phone store as much as I do, this place is for you! After dropping my cell phone in a glass of water on my bedside table(long story, half asleep, being pocket-dialed at 5:30 am…), I knew I had to make the journey to AT&T to get a replacement phone. I had noticed this new AT&T store last month but wasn’t sure if it was open yet. I was pleasantly surprised when I pulled into the parking lot and saw employees walking around inside. I trudged in, head down, damp cell phone in hand, and as I raised my eyes I saw in front of me a beautiful, wide-open, clutter free store! With no line! As I took in the view and meandered among the cell phones, I was approached by a friendly sales associate and an offer of help. We discussed said water incident, and he offered some options to me after reviewing my profile. I walked out of the store 10 minutes later, new cell phone in hand, sim card transferred and working, and happy as a clam. Phew!
