Comcast now has these really sick stores that are nicer than AT&T or Verizon stores, but unfortunately, this isn’t one of them. It’s on the small side, but they still have the technology set up to test drive, it’s just not the most impressive display. Staff was friendly while I was in. I was the third person in line that morning with only one working helping costumes and I was still out within 10 minutes, so they’re efficient. They also opened promptly at 9:30 like they say they do. I’m loving my new X1 DVR and voice remote. They’re probably things I can live without, but for $ 5 extra a month, I thought I’d give it a try. If I haven’t had issues with Comcast over the years and this store wasn’t less impressive then some of their other locations, this would probably be a 4-​star.
