Fox and Fox is one of Montgomery County’s oldest full service law firms. It was founded in 1921 by Leon H. Fox, Sr., a former First Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He was joined by Leon H. Fox, Jr., in 1956 and James P. Fox in 1963. In 1992 Craig H. Fox joined the Firm which has now grown to a staff of over 20 attorneys, paralegals and support personnel. Craig H. Fox graduated from Lafayette College in 1984 and received his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1987. Mr. Fox has substantial experience in the areas of real estate and commercial transactions, collections, foreclosures, bankruptcy, banking and commercial litigation. He actively represents numerous financial institutions in connection with their real estate and asset-based lending transactions and real estate developers in the acquisition, financing, leasing and sale of commercial properties. He also represents other types of businesses and individuals in all aspects of these areas. Mr. Fox has significant experience in all facets of the real estate practice including acquisition, sale, financing, work out, and leasing work. Mr. Fox represents real estate investors, developers and property management companies, lending institutions and owner operators in his varied real estate practice.
