I worked in the cleaning industry, pretty much all my working life. I did carpet carpet cleaning, restoration cleaning, window cleaning, and the list goes on.

I enjoyed restoring beauty to something that was dirty. It made me happy, and in returned, I wanted to make other people happy. That was our humble beginning. It was a simple smile, and job well done that started Kingdom Janitorial Maid Service.

These guys are the best! I am a busy Physician Assistant student and my husband works long hours. Our place was an embarrassing mess until we found Jesse and his crew. Like some of the other reviewers already mentioned, Jesse is a kind, hard-​working, and responsible gentleman who is never late and always trustworthy. He also always asks if there is anything else he can do or help with, making sure to always go above and beyond the expected. The service is amazing; everything smells great and sparkles. Kingdom Janitorial Maid Service has literally saved our lives, and they can save yours too for a very affordable price!

First they show up looking filthy so I am not how much dirt they brought into the house. With 2 men and 2.5 hours they «cleaned» one bedroom one bathroom and nothing downstairs was finished. It should take 2 people 2 to 2.5 hours to fully clean my house (been having it cleaned for years now) and to top if off, after they were here, a prized momento from my husband’s father (who has passed) was missing (and is still missing).
Update: 1) In order for my house to be 3900 Sq ft I would have the add the house next to mine. 2) in 1.5 you only «cleaned» my bathroom (which was redone in 2013 and is about 12×12), and your mate started with the cleanest non — used rooms when I clearly stated if you could start in the kitchen and the family room, which didn’t get done. 3) I was a little suspicious when the both of you split up and not nothing done and when I went to go upstairs your coworker ran over to prevent me from going upstairs 4) explain to me how insurance is going to replace a ticket stub from a 1930 world series game that was his father’s?

Just horrible. My family hired these people to clean the first floor of our house. I came back home after a long trip right after they finished cleaning. The kitchen is filthy: they didn’t clean under the tables, they didn’t vacuum in the hallways, didn’t dust properly. All they did is pushed the appliances to the walls, did some counter wiping and very surfacy cosmetic cleaning. Dust bunnies are all over the place, floor is filthy. I couldn’t believe that there was a «cleaning service» in the house. My teenager could do this kind of cleaning in 10 min. Very disappointing.

I have been very happy with this service. I have used several cleaning services over the years and I am not usually interested in staying with them either because the price is high, the job is inadequate, or the management is not accommodating. I find Jesse very polite and willing to work with you. The cleaning team works efficiently from top to bottom so my house looks spotless. They are reliable and honest and come on time which is important to me. The price I found was more than fair and I will continue to use them.

Flexible, professional, friendly. Excellent customer service. The work was very good overall, but we did notice a few minor problems. We hired them for a deep clean of our new (already very clean) house but found dust, etc. above window sills and door frames and on baseboards. I contacted the owner Jesse, who was very responsive– he apologized and was quick to address the issues I raised with him. He told me he could come over personally to remedy any problems that very weekend, which I appreciated. I ended up canceling the appointment because of a scheduling issue and fixed the spots myself, so in all fairness, I did not give them a chance to fix the problems. I would give them 5 stars for customer service, reliability and professionalism. My 3 star rating is because I feel like for the price we paid ($ 200 plus a generous tip), we hoped it would be done more thoroughly the first time around. I would consider using them again because I do think they are committed to customer satisfaction and quality service.

This company is awesome! I needed my apartment cleaned for a final inspection before turning in the keys. Today, a gentleman named Justin (I hope that’s correct), came to my apartment to get it spic and span. He was a very kind man. I left him to do his thang and came back to the lovely scent of a clean apartment. He and a partner (whom I met when I returned) did a fantastic job. Oven and fridge, super clean, ESPECIALLY the stove top which was a smooth surface electric range (which I hated because it was a bear to keep clean).
I am impressed with Jesse (whom I made the appointment with) and his crew. If you want good people who take their work seriously, and are all about customer service, this is the only place you should consider.
P. S. The final walk through went great. The leasing company representative was very impressed with the condition of the apartment. He called it «perfect».

He was punctual and cleaned entire house. Cleans areas which I would not take time to clean. Jessie provides cleaning supplies and vacuum. Of course he will use a preferred product that you provide. He has been cleaning my house monthly for 4 years, believe me, it is worth every penny.
