Wow. I had the best experience here. Anthony was my barber, and even though he isn’t in as often as the others, he really knows what he’s doing. Amazing customer service, and just a really great attitude, all of that, on top of an amazing haircut/​shave means that I will undoubtedly come back. Anthony was great at conversation, and it felt like I had been a lifelong customer, even though it was my first time. The pricing is very reasonable as well! I’ve been to many other barbers that charge much more, and do not get close to how great these guys are. I am so happy I chose to go to this barber shop and will be coming back and sending people their way. Thank you Frank and Anthony for having such a wonderful establishment, and for really knowing your way around a pair of clippers and a conversation. Can’t wait to grow it all back to come back!

Barber shop only for men. I find a barber often cuts my hair better than most salons. I called and asked did they cut woman’s hair and he said «No!» Sad but I guess everyone has a right to deny clients?

Frank’s is the real deal for men’s and boy’s haircut’s. His place is a bit of a man cave with sound’s of Sinatra and pictures of the Patriot’s all around.

Just left Frank’s for the first time. Went in to have my beard shaped up and will definitely be going back. Very comfortable spot right downtown with plenty of parking close by.

I just had one of the best quality haircuts in memory. Frank and Mr. Sid operate inside this small shop off Main Street in North Andover. and we are so incredibly lucky to have them here. I would gladly pay a premium to have my haircut here. Very professional and neat looking. My girlfriend’s response when I walked in the door back home was «Wow! Whoever cut your hair. keep going back to them!» Plenty of parking in the municipal parking lot down the street to the left of their front door.

…Been seeing Frank for longer than I can remember. He used to be at Mal’s and he finally smartened up and opened his own shop. The best razor cuts around. Like when I was a kid!!!
You feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door and will always return for your next cut. Frank and Mr. Sid are the best of the best!!!

Frank is the best. I went to Frank when he was over at Mal’s back in the day. As soon as he left, there was no question I would follow. Frank gives a great haircut. Always consistent. But, Frank’s greatest asset is his attitude. Friendly, sociable and neighborly. He runs the kind of place where you just want to hang out all day. I recently just moved away and I’m sad I won’t be able to visit Frank anymore. If I’m ever back in the Massachusetts area, I will definitely pop in to say hello and get a trim.

Love the haircuts very nice guys. i wish mals down the street would stop stalking their client. I tried mals once and never went back. I wonder why. go back in ur store and worry about your business
