I went for the first time this Saturday and I will come here again. Very clean space, friendly employees and excellent service. The color selection is smaller than what I’ve seen, but has enough variety. The pedicure felt amazing! And the price for a manicure and pedicure was a bargain compared with the service and atmosphere.

The place was really nice and clean. The person who did my nails was really attentive and they came out great. My reason for only 3 stars is I got a gel manicure ($ 25) on a Saturday hoping it would last a couple of weeks. By the next Thursday, less than a week later, the first one was already lifting and by Sunday it had all come off. I think I did the dishes twice and did not do anything out of the ordinary. I’ve had gels before and they usually last 3+ weeks, not sure what went wrong.

Clean friendly service! So happy I found this place. They use disposable nail filers and proper sanitation. My nails came out great and already can tell the difference from my old nail salon that they are going to last! A little hidden in the plaza so don’t expect to just drive down 114 and find it!

What a great hip nail salon. Definitely coming back. Relaxing and friendly environment. Takes walk-​ins but they are pretty busy most of the time.

It’s like walking into a group of friends when you walk through the door. Everyone is so friendly and they do an amazing job! I drive 30 mins to get my nails done, so worth it :)

Tried this place for the first time yesterday and wasn’t disappointed. The salon was very clean and the tools were all disinfected unlike some other salons.
My nails came out great, it was quiet, relaxing and I’ll definitely be going back.

Great service, great price-​what more do you need from a nail salon. I live in the next town over and when I asked my coworkers where they get their nails done the answer all around was Ivy’s.
Right by stop and shop there’s plenty of parking available. They have all sorts of colors-​mostly OPI but also some Essie, China glaze, and dare to wear (hadn’t heard of this one before). I’m one of those weird clients who brings her own polish but as far as I could tell they had all the latest colors.
The staff is attentive and works quickly. They include a complimentary leg massage using a warm lotion when you get a pedicure-​so nice! I wanted to melt. Hygiene is top notch. I’ve only been around the area for a few months but have come here twice.

Ivy’s is clean and friendly. They have many chairs and stylists so you aren’t waiting long. I have been getting Gel Manicures, and I love them ! Other places they would chip and not last long, I can keep them perfect for 4 weeks, and even when I go to get them redone they still look fab. Danny is possibly one of the best in Nail Designs, seriously he can do anything ! I am always on Pinterest and find funky designs and he does them exact ! Fantastic Job always !

The salon was clean and the manicurists were all very friendly. They sampled the colors on the hands/​feet without prompting which was nice. I got a regular mani/​pedi and both were wonderful! The foot massage was great and the scrub was included in the regular pedicure which was really nice. After she finished, I noticed a bubble on one fingernail and my tech fixed it no problem! I’m very pleased and for $ 40 it wasn’t a bad deal. I would definitely go back!

Always a fantastic job. The pedicurists spend at least 20 minutes just massaging. The color selection is great and there are tons of desks and chairs. I even went during a power outage once and they brought in hot water from the restaurant next door and used flash lights and finished everyone’s nails perfectly. Great with same day appointments and accommodating with walk ins too. Their prices are very reasonable as well. Can’t beat it!

I love Ivy Nails! I got a gift certificate when I moved to Andover, and haven’t found anywhere in the area even slightly comparable since. I go every two weeks for gel manicures. The staff is SUPER friendly and welcoming. They don’t make you feel rushed and care that you are happy with the results. The whole salon was recently updated and painted, looks great. Prices are also very reasonable! An employee Danny is amazingly talented with freehand nail design. I just let him pick what I get for colors and designs because it always comes out amazing. I do recommend making an appointment especially on weekends because they get busy.

I’ve only gotten a few mani/​pedis in my life, but after listening to my friends suggestions I decided to try out Ivy’s. I live in South Boston but my family is from Andover so I came home to visit and decided to swing by! I am BEYOND THRILLED! My nails came out awesome! They even have a guy who can free hand anything! I got a full set, with 2 accent nails and a chevron design and it’s amazing! Wish I could give this place 6 stars! The staff is so friendly and all have great senses of humor!

First time here and I had a great experience. As a walk in, I had to wait about 15 minutes but not bad considering how busy they were. My girl was very nice and took great care of me. Decent color selection, wish they had a few more brighter colors. Overall a great experience and I will be coming back for sure!

i rented out ivy’s for my bridal party to get manicures and pedicures done before my wedding, and was so happy with the overall experience and the quality of our nails. the price is very moderate but the quality is very high.
we had about 10 women there, and each one was well attended to and finished in a timely manner. we had initially rented the salon from 10 – 1, but finished around noon. for the pedicures, the chairs were comfortable and the water was clean and the right temperature.
ivy’s offered both gel and regular polish, and both lasted a long time. my toes are still a bright coral pink 2 weeks after the wedding, and my french manicure lasted days after the wedding even after opening all of the gifts.
ivy’s also let us bring in champagne and snacks, which not all salons let you do. we had such a great time, and i would definitely go back.

I went to this nail salon the first time today. This place is soooo great, I’m definitely coming back when my pedicure is due. I did the gel manicure today and the lady (I believe her name is Tiffany) did an awesome job. Very meticulous and the result is amazing!

Loved this place. With just he basic pedicure I got like a 15 minute foot massage. Very relaxing and the girl that did my pedicure was nice. Will definitely go back.

Called mid-​day to make an after work (5:30) gel manicure appointment for myself, my MOL, and my sister. The salon is tucked away in a plaza on 114, where it shares a main entrance with the UPS store. When we walked in to find what is typically a very busy salon nearly empty I was surprised…
…until I leaned that the salon was supposed to close at 5:00! Kenny was such a sweetheart — hearing that it was an appointment for «gal time», he and two staffers stayed late just to work us in. I was really touched! Really excellent customer service.
The salon is clean, the prices are reasonable ($ 25 for the gel mani), and the color selection is far better than many other salons — they carry Shellac, Gelish, and the OPI gel colors. I even got to try the new OPI Skyfall collection (I know, I’m a total sucker for gimmicks)! The manicurists did a great job for all three of us, and we had a nice time.
Overall, great experience. I highly recommend Ivy’s!

Had an appointment recently with a girlfriend for pedicures here. We didn’t know they offered a «spa pedicure» which the lady next to us got and it looked amazing (although I think it is $ 50. which is way out of my pedi budget). Anyway, friendly staff and they did a nice job. The salon is painted green which is not very serene but whatever. The only reason I didn’t give 4 stars is because we made another appointment, called the morning of to move it from 3:45 to 2:45 and they said they were too busy to move it and asked if we’d prefer to just cancel… so they lost our business for that day. But we will be back anyway.

I came into Ivy’s today as a walk-​in for a mani/​pedi and wax. It was pretty busy, so I had to wait for about ten minutes, but once they got me in the service was really pleasant and efficient.
They did a great job on my nails; one thing I really appreciate is that after I chose my color, the technician painted the first nail and then let me take a look to make sure I really liked the color on.
The prices were very reasonable; a mani/​pedi combo is $ 40, which you really can’t beat. Apparently, their prices are a bit lower if you pay cash.
I will definitely return! I may call ahead to make an appointment next time, though.

Tiffany is great. She works wonders on your hands and feet. Both Tiffany and her husband Kenny care about their clients that come into the establishment. They both go above and beyond to meet their clients wants and needs. They greet you with a smile and talk to you. I would recommend this business for cleanliness and hospitality. The rest of the staff is just as friendly and caring as Tiffany and Kenny.
