History
Established in 1886.
The Stevens Estate was built in 1886 by Moses T. Stevens, a member of one of the founding families of North Andover, Massachusetts. The house and outbuildings were designed by Boston architects Hartwell and Richardson. The beautiful oak and mahogany panelling, imported marble fireplaces and leaded glass windows are a testament to its grandeur and historical significance in the Boston area.
The Stevens Estate is on the National Registry of Historic Places.
