Absolutely the worst management company! Having dealt with this company for over 10 years I can say with no reservations they are terrible. Terrible customer service and terrible attitudes. The disdain for and utter disrespect towards their customers is amazing. Their ineptness is mind boggling. They don’t follow their own guidelines. Make up rules as they go along and treat everyone like crap. They jeopardized the sale of our condo. Closing was almost cancelled because of their inability to do their job. I cannot say enough what a colossal mess they are. Beware!

Methuen, MA
Worst management company. Don’t ever buy a condo at Colonial Village in Methuen or anywhere managed by Sutton Management. You pay a condo fee that goes towards mowing dirt for a yard. You pretty much have to do your own shoveling of snow. They should be responsible for anything outside of your condo but Try to weasel out of it. Don’t waste your time or money moving into Slumlord Management.
