We did all three bathrooms with Braeburn Construction. We couldn’t be more pleased with the look and feel of the new space. First off, Pete does all the work himself, which we loved. He had some help but the quality of his work is evident based on his attention to detail. We were able to make some pretty big changes along the way. Pete wanted to make sure we were satisfied. Pete called or texted back, usually right away if not within the hour of contacting him. We came in slightly over budget based on some fixture upgrades we made, but this was a very affordable investment, one that has added value to our home and our lives. Because Pete does all his own work so you have to be patient if you want to get on his calendar, but he is well worth the wait.

Braeburn Construction updated 2 bathrooms & repaired a leak in our roof. Peter was professional, knowledgeable, & very responsive. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work was outstanding. We highly recommend Braeburn for any home remodel or repair project.

We had just finished our basement with a different company and the economy hit them hard and they closed their doors. I wanted to do some work in my kitchen and found Braeburn through a neighbor. Not only did they do an outstanding job with the kitchen, they let me add some work in the bathroom right before the estimate came in. They even came back with suggestions on how to make it look better.
From that job, they were first on the list for smaller jobs and they always found the time and did a great job.
If you need any work done… and I mean ANY work done — You have to call these guys!

Love the work this company did for us. We did a basement remodel, and loved the outcome. The contractor is on time, professional and very skilled. We have small children in the house and he always made sure we had a clear path to and from our laundry room with no mess to step over. He had unique ideas to solve problems and does great fine carpentry work as well as general construction. (He built a custom bookcase offside and inserted it into a space that had been basic plywood shelving before — much better!
His prices are reasonable and again, he’s a professional. Not a «handy-can’t» just trying to make a buck. We also gave a rec for him to our neighbor and they must have loved him as well since their deck went in two weeks later, and they said they’re very pleased.

We hired Braeburn Const. to replace the siding on our house after some wind damage. They were wonderful to work with. The owner kept us informed throughout the process, they worked with our insurance company, and completed the job quickly and professional.

We found Braeburn Const. through our friends who recommended him. They were extremely pleased with the addition they put on their home and extensive remodeling of their existing home. They had new siding, windows, deck, flooring and the whole addition built by Pete and his crew. We were impressed with the work at their house and had him do work on our house as well.
It is very comforting to find a professional that takes so much pride in their work. The work he has done for us is always on time, done right the first time, and for a resonable price. We are very pleased with the work he has done for us; electrical, siding, woodwork etc. He has also fixed several projects that were done incorrectly by other workman. Pete is a very pleasant person to work with, honest and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his work.

We recently hired Braeburn Construction to do some electrical work on our place (lights, spare outlets, fans, etc). Peter was great to work with — very upfront and genuine. He provided a bid that was lower than another contractor that had also bid on the job. And he got the work done on budget and on time. Would highly recommend!
