The ladies who work here are helpful, friendly and make coming here a real pleasure. What a nice surprise!

So pleasant! Everyone was so nice and we had to hardly wait. We drove out from covington just to come here and it was well worth it! Best DOL experience ever.

We went in yesterday 9−29−15 at 4 p.m. and received excellent customer service. The staff was very nice and cheerful to my son who was being issued his first drivers license at 16. Another great part of our experience is North Bend did NOT have a long line to wait in.

the first time I took my 15 year old there to get her permit the older blonde woman behind the counter told her to «be sure to come back in on your 21^st birthday and get your new license so you can go to the bars. If you don’t come in that day, be sure to tell the bartenders you’re 21.» Pretty disappointing that THAT is the message they want to send to a brand new driver.
the second time, the younger woman behind the counter snapped at my 15 year old that «you better learn to speak to adults!» when my daughter didn’t answer her right away.
i did manage to talk to the Manager, who basically brushed it all off because she «didn’t see it herself.»
But what do i expect from government workers? Completely inappropriate and zero customer service. I wouldn’t have given them one star but Unilocal made me give them something.

Excellent and friendly service, fast in and out! Will definitely be coming here in the future, if need be. :)
