History

Established in 2004.

Your Computer Friend began after I managed service centers for Gateway from 2000 – 2004. When Gateway changed their business model in April of 2004 I was in need of a job and I loved what I was doing for Gateway, helping people find harmony with their technology. I was raised in the Snoqualmie Valley and saw the need for this valuable service. Thus, Your Computer Friend began. I have now been in business for 9 years and have made many new friends and reconnected with some great folks from my youth.

I am Robb Mercer. I am the owner of Your Computer Friend. I am a Husband and a Father. I grew up in North Bend and graduated from Mt Si High School in 1990… The Twin Peaks era!
