This is the second time I have brought my black lab here. The first time I brought him they told me they thought he was a mixed breed bc his fur was so thick and that he needed to be groomed more often. Since then he has been groomed occasionally at another place that I LOVE. I only brought him to ruff cuts the first time bc I was in a jam. They left a bad taste in my mouth then, and they did again today. The groomer herself doesn’t seem to have as much as an attitude problem as the woman working the desk who might be the owner. Not quite sure. I left a 15 dollar tip and did not receive a thank you. And as I was walking out the woman behind the desk said«we hope to see him again. Sooner than 2 years next time!» To which I responded«he has been to other places since then». I found her comment rude and judgemental. A piece of advice: you don’t know people’s financial situations or what has been going on in their lives that would prevent them from grooming their dog. I’m not saying this is my situation but if it was, I would have been quite hurt. If I had to choose between paying bills and feeding my kids, the dog grooming bill would be last on my list. Our dog is well taken care of and part of our family. I resent your snotty tone when you called my home to pick him up and your attitude when I arrived to take him home. Keep your snyde comments and judgements to yourself and just do your job. I gave 3 stars bc my dog is clean and unharmed. We won’t be back.
