This place is awful. Disgustingly unprofessional and abrasive staff. Happily give my patronage to other locations. Avoid this one at ALL COSTS.

Someone tricked us into switching out of our Unlimited plan to a «promo» plan that isn’t worth it at all. What a shame. Now we can’t go back to our original plan. The staff are really nice though and the manager was on point, though! They tried to do what they could, but I’m very upset about that one associate.

My husband and I came in there not exactly sure what we wanted. A gentleman came over and gave us customer service that we have so desperately missed. He helped us out in every aspect.
