I get that this is an inn and as such lower expectations should apply but that doesn’t warrant any place from having dirty towels. This inn lacks basic access to rooms, security, and clean sheets and towels. Upon arrival, I found hair all over the bed making me question if the sheets were even washed. After leaving the room and trying to return, my key cards didn’t work(no, they were not near my cell phone). My group and I went on numerous occasions to the front desk to get new cards(at minimum ten times). We were never asked to verify our names or validate that we were in fact staying in the rooms in question. This issue occurred in three different rooms and the bridal suite on the second floor. Because we weren’t asked any questions, I’m sure most — if not all — of the hotel guests have dealt with this issue at some point. This hotel’s management needs to go down the street to Walmart to get materials for a basic upgrade!

I stayed at the Clarion hotel for two nights this week. The hotel staff is nice and polite. My room was clean, the bed comfortable but I was cold. They need better or heavier bed covering. Water pressure in the shower was poor. The A/C works good however the power cord was spliced and wrapped in electrical tape and exposed. There are very few electrical outlets for phones, laptops etc. The property is a bit run down, hallway carpet is stained, weeds around the property and there are limited eating establishments by the hotel. The price is in the low /mid range for the area. Wifi is free but very week. All in all, I’ve been in worse but I’ll bypass it if in this area again.

It looks nice from the outside. Staff was friendly. The second floor is some what off putting. The carpets are stained, the ceiling tiles are missing in the hallway. The view from my window was a giant dumpster full of mattresses and box springs and garbage. The ice machine is broken, the rooms were nice– it served it’s purpose. My shower in the morning triggered the fire alarm and I had to strong request help before the front desk finally agreed to send someone to turn it off. Initially the front desk told me I would have to wait until 8am– I explained that was not acceptable. The gentlemen that came and shut it off was nice though. I would not stay here again. The location is good, walking distance for food and shopping.
