These guys have a municipally granted monopoly on towing off of a localized stretch of the NJ Turnpike. Guess what happens to pricing and customer service when you grant someone a local monopoly for a service that is desperately needed in dire circumstances. They charged me for a «secondary tow» in addition to the $ 80 primary tow charge off the turnpike. When I asked what a secondary tow was, they responded «Any tow to ANY location after you get off the turnpike.» Really?! So the second the tow truck hits a freeway exit, I get hit with a charge that is impossible to avoid? «Yeah.» Ridiculous, avoid these guys at all costs if possible.

Terrible service poor people skills. The owner is a real scum bag. If it wasn’t for the city of New Brunswick using them to tow vehicles they would’ve gone out of business a long time ago. I do love seeing them almost get a car hooked and then have to release it. They can’t even get cars on the truck fast enough. Poor excuse for a business.
