I received a candle for Christmas that wasn’t my favorite scent. Rather than regifting it, I stopped in to see if they would let me exchange it. They did! Also, helped me pick out a new candle without being pushy about buying the candle accessories. Though they did mention them and which scents would compliment the candle I selected. Great experience!
