Reliable, polite, fast and reasonably priced. I have used Park & Go since I moved here and have always had a great experience. Once flight arrived at 11:45 PM and they came to get me in a few minutes with cold water and a smile.

Great service, great people to work with, easy access and close to airport for quickly catching a flight. The driver drops you at your airline’s ticketing counter. No running through the airport’s vast parking lot with baggage trying to make a flight. Less expensive daily rates than the airport’s remote lots and much less expensive than the nearer airport covered parking.
I’ve used Park and Go for years and will continue for every trip I make.

We had a great experience with Park & Go. Very efficient and helpful. James was great when he picked us up. Cost was reasonable and the car was ready and clean as we requested.

Every Time I go. They do a great job. Always great service, so convenient and they did an amazing job on my car. I had them wash it while it was there.

As part time residents of Charleston, we’ve used Park and Go for many years and now have a contracted regular parking space with them. The contract parking arrangement works well for us, as secure parking is always available for our unpredictable travel schedule and we sometimes must leave our car for extended periods.
In addition to friendly, ²⁴⁄₇ shuttles, help with luggage, etc., we appreciate Park and Go’s added services. On request, Park and Go will clean your car inside and out for your arrival and help with routine maintenance and repairs when needed. When I noticed a problem with my car shortly before leaving Charleston, Park and Go got the car to a mechanic on my behalf and communicated with me regularly as the investigation evolved.
We’ve enjoyed getting to know the owners and staff at Park and Go. These are great people! And it’s reassuring to know that they care for my car as though it were their own.

If you are flying out of Charleston and need to leave your car, I highly recommend Park & Go on Montague Ave. It is much more convenient than driving endlessly through the airport lot or garage looking for a place and they drop you off at the door. I only live a few miles from the airport and parking for 5 days was cheaper than cab fare.
When I arrived home, I waited for my bag and when I got it, I called their office. I only waited a few minutes curbside before their van arrived.
Entire staff is friendly and always ready to serve and help take the hassle out of flying.

I always self parked at the airport in Charleston but walking ¼ mile with two suitcases, carry on bag and purse got to be too much. I was a little leery about going off the grid but decided to take advantage of a Groupon for Park and Go on 3621 W. Montague Ave. in N. Charleston. What a great choice I made!!! The personnel were the most helpful, efficient and friendliest I have ever met. They handled my luggage, the shuttle took me right to the door of my airlines in record time. When I called to be picked up after landing, they were there in no time. Wonderful people, great service and a place I would recommend to anyone I know. Go for it. it is a great place!!!

Definitely cheaper than parking at the airport and pretty good service all in all although I would give five stars if they were a little bit faster but it’s all pretty good really

Not happy. Made a reservation for a 3:00am drop off and their gates were locked and no one was answering the phone. Will never do this again.

I recently flew out of Charleston SC and was looking for an alternative to the airport’s $ 15 a day parking. A Google search turned up this place. I’m so glad I found them. For less than half of what the airport charges, they took me right to the check-​in area and helped me with my bags. When I came back they were there in a few minutes and even offered me a bottle of water. I also took advantage of having my car cleaned while I was gone and they did a great job. The quality of their service and the friendliness of everyone I came into contact with was exceptional! I can’t imagine why anyone would park at the airport when there is a service like this available.

We just returned from a week-​long trip & had decided to splurge on having my husband’s car detailed by Park & Go while we were gone. We’ve used P&G for years & love them for reliability, friendliness & professionalism. However, this time they far exceeded our highest expectations. This poor, little overworked Honda hasn’t looked this good in a decade! It’s 13-​years old & was ready for a auto «spa day». The employees @ P&G are stellar and tend to stay there for years so they treat one another as well as they treat their customers. Btw, we’re usually on the outbound there @ 4:30 a.m. and they’re wonderful even at *that* hour!

I’ve used Park & Go in the past but I don’t travel very often so I hadn’t used them in awhile. I was running late (as usual) for my plane and planned to use them but wasn’t sure it would be the easiest way to make it on time. I called them on the way and they assured me that they’d get me there in time to catch my plane. When I got there I basically threw them my car keys, jumped in the van and was dropped off at the gate in the nick of time. When I got back, they picked me up within 5 minutes of arriving and took me to me back to my car. I had no worries about the safety of my car and for someone like me who is always running late, it makes far more sense to use Park & Go than it would be to park at the airport and walk with my luggage for a ¼ mile to the gate. I will always use Park & Go!

I have been a customer of Park and Go for three years. They have provided excellent and very courteous service. I would highly recommend them. They are actually like family to me, ie Jay, James, Sharon, Roberta and Ronald.

Park & Go Did Over $ 6,000 Worth of Damage to My Car
I hate to even give this business one star. While I was on vacation the last week of July, Park & Go hit my new car. An employee called me while I was on vacation to let me know and assured me they would «do the right thing.» He told me they would have my car fixed or at least a rental car waiting for me upon my return. By saying all the «right» things, I believed them and went on with my vacation, trying not to worry about my car too much. I mean, how much damage could a parking lot fender bender cause? To my dismay, over $ 6,000 worth of damages and over 1 month without my car!!!
Six days later, on the day we were to return from vacation, I called Park & Go to make sure they had arranged transportation for us. This is when things started going south. The person on the phone had no idea what I was talking about. They said they would call me back. I let them know I would be in the air flying home all day, but could check my messages on my layover.
On my layover, I checked my messages only to discover they left me a message suggesting I «find a ride home from the airport» because they didn’t have a rental car for me nor had they arranged any transportation. They had ONE WEEK to make arrangements yet did nothing. The ENTIRE point of using Park & Go was not to disturb our friends on a Saturday evening at 10:30pm to give us a ride home. We had to pay for our own cab ride home which cost $ 65.00 and I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REIMBURSED FOR IT!!!
The Park & Go did so much damage to my car it was not drive-​able. I informed my contact that I needed a rental car to go to work, etc. He suggested I go get my own rental car and pay for it. Um, No. I demanded to speak to the owner, who I had not heard from. As someone in the customer service industry, I assumed the owner would have wanted to handle this situation with kid gloves, pulling out all the stops to make sure they handled this delicate situation with care. I am a reasonable person but the promises made were not being fulfilled. Two days after returning from vacation, I was without a car and tracking down the owner to do something. I even called his insurance company and made arrangements for my rental car. When he finally did return my call, he asked me who I spoke with at HIS insurance company. I was doing more work to resolve this than he was.
The owner never had an apologetic attitude. I had to track him down every step of the way. My car was hit on July 30^th. Today is September 5^th and I just got my car back today. After the insurance company got involved, I never heard from the owner again.
During our discussions, as I vented my frustration in a calm manner, he told me that someone had hit his car recently and this is just what I had to deal with. Well, you know what? I wasn’t driving my car. I parked my car at a business whose entire premise is keeping your car SAFE while you are away. Park & Go’s motto is that they like to spoil you. I guess it is easy to «spoil you» when you are giving people free bottled water and driving them to the airport, but when good customer service REALLY MATTERS is when things go wrong. Things went terribly wrong for me and NO ONE at Park & Go cared. No one bent over backwards to apologize. No one went out of their way to even arrange for my husband and I to have a ride home from the airport. No one refunded our taxi fare. No one called to see how we were doing. To me, this is the epitome of bad customer service.
So, if you don’t mind RISKING IT while you save $ 1 per day at Park & Go, things will probably go fine for you. But, God Forbid, you actually have a problem. Good luck, because you’re going to need it.
