Love the whole team at Collision Solution. I had great customer service, despite having really horrible circumstances — had a rust situation that we ended up working through Chrysler that took the better part of a month to resolve! Hal & the team went above & beyond, in my book, getting my car to Chrysler for photos & going back & forth for weeks with all sorts of delays & requests for more info/photos! My patience ran out, but they never made me feel that my situation was a problem. Thanks in good part to Hal & his team, Chrysler ended up paying for the rust repair. The repair looks seamless :-)

Really top notch on all fronts. Super friendly and helpful service and they couldn’t have done a better job with the repair on our car. I brought my wife’s car in for major repair and they did such a good job that I brought my own car in for a few minor things I wanted fixed. Absolutely great for both vehicles. Friendly, fast, and beautiful repair work. You will not go wrong at this shop.

Great business, great people. Great to deal with when things have gone bad. When I was hit by another driver in North Chicago a few weeks ago my day had gone sour. I called my insurance and they were quick to put me at ease and get my car into a repair facility. Collision Solutions was one of the three shops that my insurance recommended. Since bringing the car to them they have been up front on the process, the costs, the time and answers to all of my questions. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate that greatly. Thanks!

Went here a few months ago for minor paint for of an added lip kit. The paint work was decent enough for me, but the installation of the lip kit wasn’t the best. Just a couple of months later the side skirts were peeling off. It could’ve been the change in the weather that affected how it started separating from the car, but regardless the staff was very helpful and fixed the issue. The price for what I paid was quite high in my opinion, but I checked several places and got quotes around the same amount. Had I been in NY I would’ve gotten a much better deal, but I guess its the price you pay when you don’t know your way around. Their customer service was outstanding, but I wish they had a higher attention to detail and a better view of potential future problems and how to hold prevent them.

The Best thing about them was when I never had to go back… I ran into an 18 wheeler tire on I-94…superficial damage but there was enough to warrant a claim. The owner and office manager are really nice people. I brought E46BMW3-Series Sedan to them and they were polite and courteous. Addressing all of my concerns and telling me it shouldn’t take too long to fix. Okay great, I roll out in a POS Kia Sorrento and i was on my way. I go to their shop in Hainesville to go over the damages and get told basically… Im a liar and the Car didnt overheat(Ill admit, its German a problem can be here today and gone tomorrow) I had two or three guys there more intently focused on picking out what they werent fixing than what they were… I basically said as long as the car looks good and drives correctly Im fine. The First time I pick it up… Its raining, Great Get home and notice all of the flaws… Fisheyes, orangepeel, overspray, paint wasnt wrapped around edges, drips, and gobs of stuff throughout the entire job, alignment was severely off and the AC blew HOT. Brought it back after contacting USAA… I was told a new guy did the work… WTF! You dont have a new guy paint a BMW even if its older. You have him practice on a Cadillac or some other POS. Slightly miffed I got back into a different rental and was on my way… A week later I go and look at it. Overspray is still present, many imperfections, clear was burned, damage to the original paint and still the original issues. Final time… Pick the darn car up in the rain again… I didnt care. I was so exhausted from the whole ordeal I just brought it home and called my insurance company. The alignment was right, The AC oddly blew nice and cold and still does just like it did before it was smashed, runs, burns, my moldings were burned from the buffer, all lights were misaligned… just awful. I ended up bringing it to a competitor and it was fixed perfectly. I would not go there. If you dont care and the insurance is paying for it… fine but if you give a crap about your car dont go.
