Middleton’s One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating

For all of you in SW Florida, a heads up about Middleton’s One Hour Air. They installed a new AC unit 18 months ago. They serviced it 5 tines in a year. It is obvious the unit is defective. It went up and they refuse to stand behind the product the sell. The only thing they will cover is the part. I have to pay all the other expenses involved with the unit. The woman on the phone has absolutely no customer service skills, telling me I should have bought the extended warranty. Why would I buy the extended warranty on a brand new unit? I changed to Air Genie. The AC is now up and running. I will never deal with Middleton’s One Hour Air again. I understand they are an affiliate of Wiegold One Hour Air as well, per the guy’s announcement on the radio.
