Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits

This rating is not about the food because I actually got my money back after the horrible customer service. The drive-​through lady was incredibly rude from the very start. After I finished ordering I heard her say into the microphone «damn these people are so rude!» When I asked her what I had done to be rude, because I know that I was not rude, she said «i’m not talking to you» in the snottiest tone possible.
I had to wait seven minutes for my chicken so she told me to pull around front. There was a sticker on the window to contact Popeyes and let them know about your experience and when I glanced at it she says «you go ahead and call»!
I’m sitting in front of the restaurant fuming at this point and finally I can’t figure out why the hell I’m paying to be treated this way so I go inside to get my money back. Again I ask her what I had done to make her treat me so rudely. She had this huge smile on her face like she found this whole incident so hilarious and couldn’t have cared less that she just lost a $ 35 customer.
When I asked to speak with the manager she gave me a fake phone number. I forgot to mention the probably three months worth of food and disgusting stains all over the front of her shirt. So not only do they not train their employees how to treat other humans but they also do not enforce cleanliness.
I will never ever visit this or any other Popeyes.

I never leave reviews on fast food places because well, the foods always pretty crappy and I expect that. Well this was exceptionally bad. Came here around 6:30 and there was not a single car in the lot which i thought was strange. Walk inside and the menu is either broken or they didn’t bother to turn it on. Not sure. So i pull up the menu quick from my phone. A women standing in the back cooking yells to me «you know what you want?». I placed my order. The women was extremely rude and seemed as if I was bothering her the entire time. Told her i was eating there, but she put it in a to go box regardless. Asked for an ice water and she gave me a bottle. I ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders and she gave me ONE sauce! My chicken tenders were also soggy and gross. My biscuit was the only good thing about the entire trip.

I could slap myself for getting off the exit and turning into Popeyes. What was I thinking? Where should I begin. The parking lot was empty. This should have been my first clue. The host took my order at the drive through after I sat there waiting for several minutes. I’m sure you’re wondering why I had to wait when the parking lot was empty? So am I!
I placed my order and wanted a #2, a 2 piece chicken meal. I had to wait to see if they still had chicken breast. Are you serious! It’s 8pm, you’ve gotta have breasts available. After waiting for a while I was told the chicken gods smiled on me and I was in luck. Whew, gonna get my breast and drum stick after all. Told her I’d like Mac and cheese as a side and they had it. My luck was starting to change. Ordered sweet tea as my drink and STOP, NO WAMMIES… Whip out (old game show called press you luck). No sweet tea. Really, you ran out of sweet tea. You couldn’t run down the street and buy some from McDonalds!!!
I arrive at the window and the lady reached out and grab my card. Um… You wanna say hello, hi, what’s up, yo… Say something. Greet me gosh darn it. I’m sure it’s factored in the price you’re charging me. What price? You never told me. After nicely asking for the price, she informs me and swipes my card.
I had to wait for another 5 mins for her to fix my meal. I can’t tell you what took so long. I arrived home and bit into a salty and fatty chicken breast. Where’s the meat? I’m only bitting into fat.
The entire meal was awful. I’m giving them one star because I actually considered eating the paper box the food came in. I’m sure it would have been better than the food it contained.
I can’t say I’m disappointed as this isn’t my first time having a bad experience at Popeyes in North Haven. I wanted to give them a fair chance as my palate is blessed enough to not have to eat it very often.
In all fairness, I’ve had better luck at Popeyes in neighboring towns. Trust me, you’re better off eating rocks than going here.

Bad service… bad attitudes both visits!!!

My first drive through Popeyes! The cashier was SO friendly. She was prompt, got my order correct, and made sure I had condiments and spork! The food was good. I personally like the spicy chicken and honey sauce over my biscuits. I recommend this location.

Worse Popeyes restaurant ever. When will this location close?
Been there several times and they ran out of the chicken item. How do you do that when all you sell is chicken. Soda machine out of order a couple of times.
Waited 20 minutes once for an order after I already got soda for wife and both kids. After 20 min wait we finally walked out and yes with our soda too!
The employees are all rookies and appear to have no experience. Spend most of there time going out the back door maybe for another break.
Just drive by at most any time during lunch and observe the few if any cars in the lot. The owner needs to close this place down!
Don’t waste your time complaining because there are no valid emails, phone number or those stupid receipt surveys that go anywhere. Several times I would fill out the survey to complain and filled in my contact info to contact me but no one ever contacted me about my complaints.
Hopefully it is only a matter of time before this location closes and a serious restaurant owner moves in.

Came in here around 8:50pm and food was great. There were no French fries but she brought them out. The girls out front were nice and having a good time singing n stuff.

The food is good, but the customer Serbia is horrible. Every time I go there, they either don’t have a menu item. Or are on their cell phone in front of customers or are extremely slow. The food is the only reason I gave it two stars. Hopefully the get some better people working there. It’s been open for over a year though.

Omg terrible all the way around, had to download Unilocal just to poorly review this place. 5 visits 3 times they ran out of the chicken and 2 times i had to park in front and wait for my chicken to be cooked, THERE are 2 customers in this place whats the problem!!! The chicken was good though, except for the hair i found in my nugget

This location is right off the highway so I stopped on my way home from the office. In my haste to get home, get dinner and save a couple bucks I ordered what I thought was the cheapest items. Come to find out, I could have ordered a 10 piece and spent less or the same. I had gone through the drive through but it was going to take a few minutes. After pulling around to the front to wait for my food, I decided to change my order. The lady behind the counter (I think she may have been the manager on duty) was very nice and even though it was my mistake and I knew full well what I had ordered she made the change for me. I was impressed because I have had scenarios where the issue wasn’t my fault and I get attitude but this lady was so very nice. The chicken was good as it normally is from Popeyes and I will be back when I am in the area.

4:30 on a Wednesday afternoon, I pull up to the drive-​through, nobody in front of me. 20 minutes for a 5 chicken strip combo. Really?! What do they do when it’s busy?

Went here for lunch on a weekday and ordered through the drive-​thru. When I arrived home not only did I get the wrong nuggets but my fries were beyond old and my biscuit and chicken were cold. I HATE WHEN RESTAURANTS SERVE OLD FOOD!!! Will not return to this location.
