Whitney Cleaners

After leaving two coats there in mid-​July to be relined and dry cleaned, I was told it would be about a month. Fine, it was the summer.
Well, today, Thursday, October 31^st I finally got back one coat, relined but still dirty, and was told first that the other coat wouldn’t be done until December and then I was informed that the lining near the button hole was too complicated and could not be done at all.
It is getting cold out now, three and a half months after I first left the coats. If the seamstress at least had been honest with me I could have tried another place, but I kept believing her false promises.
The man who owns the business is never there to complain to, apparently. And if I wanted the first coat dry cleaned it couldn’t be ready until a week later. After Whitney Cleaners, I went to another place, which said I could pick up the coat on Monday morning.
This place is very unprofessional.
