All the times I’ve come here whether dining in or drive-​thru I’ve had nothing but excellent customer service. Want to recognize the night time drive-​thru crew for making my order experience always enjoyable. The guy who works the drive thru always sounds pleasant and has a very friendly demeanor. Every time i ask for fresh fries they are served hot and fresh so that is very much appreciated. I have the option of going to this location or the one on Elkhorn by Safeway and i always pick this location due to the awesome customer service they have. All the employees deserve recognitionfor their excellent customer service

Just went thru the drive thru pretty bad service said no onions got onions said coke zero got root beer and the drive thru guy asked me multiple times about the onions and drink and still got it wrong thanxs for the 20 min I’ll never get back

My husband and I go to this Carl’s Jr several times a month and today they got his order wrong 3 times, the manager was very unprofessional and had an attitude looks like we won’t be going back there

This use to be my favorite fast food place but the workers are just rude now and hair people’s food

There is a kid that works here that is so sweet and does such a good job – if I could remember his name is give him

I love Carl’s jr but this location is the worst iv every ate at I was 9 month pregnant I sent my husband in two get me a thick burger my husband has a brain injury and has trouble understanding and the cashiers at the register shamed him for not knowing which thick burger I wanted and laughed at him as he walk out the door to ask me
The shock on their faces when a very pissed pregnant self walk through that they didnt apologies to him and they were completely unhelpful.
When I got home after the horride experience the bun which is usually the best on a thick burgers was super soggy and falling apart I had to drive back again and ask for my money back so I can spend $ 20 were the money is actually worth it sadly mc donalds would have been a better choice.

One of my favorite fast food burger’s the new all American is heat it feels like it’s the forth of July. There are always very fast and speedy. Very friendly staff. Can’t give it more than a 4 just because it’s fast food though.

If their was a choice to give zero stars I would. No excuse for even a fast food restaurant to give such a horrible customer service. Rude, mixed up order, and give one ranch per meal; are you kidding me!?! They should be ashamed of themselves. never again.

This is my goto place for fat ass juicy burgers. I always love it when the workers call out my sexy name. ¹⁄₅

Since my last review this Carl’s Jr has gotten much better. They haven’t got my order wrong since I left the review. The food is good and I just don’t order criscuts because lately they’ve been greasy. I love the addition if the breakfast menu as well.

The food and service is fine. It’s the drive through that sucks. Every single time Ive gone through, they ask you to pull around front so they can bring your food out to you any where from 3−9minutes

I’m still a 4 star for this place but I might bump it up once I eat here more. I had a good time today as I sat down and a good neighbor pull up next to me in her wheel chair and have a good talk. We shared things that bothered us and thing we where aware of in our apartment. I knew after all that some restaurant can be a good social event other the the internet. And the employees are friendly and prompt at the work, with there charbroiled hamburger taster and now there good deal that are starting to show. It makes me want it come back more.

We have been to this location multiple times and have had to get used to the below average service and average quality as it is the only one in the immediate vicinity. Well tonight topped the usual. We just went through the drive up at this location a little while ago and after their usual screwing up of the order was straightened out we moved to the window. Somehow they managed to change our order from time the order was made in the drive thru and we saw it on the order screen until the time we arrived at the drive up window. The guy taking the orders goes to make the change to correct the order and takes our atm card with him. When he comes back he tells us that he ran it for the original, incorrect amount «but it’s OK cause I put the difference back on the card.» When I asked him why he didn’t adjust the ticket and just charge the correct amount he said he «hadn’t thought of it, but it’s OK cause I put it back on your card.» I told him except for the fact that the refund won’t be back on the card for 3 – 5 days at least. I then had to ask for a copy of the charge back, which he showed me. Then I had to explain I wanted a copy of it before we left. Finally we received a copy and left. Went to eat our food while driving home and it was cold.
This was definitely our final visit to this location. We have overlooked things for years but it has just gotten to bad at this location. If we decide to put up with Carl’s Jr. we will go to Natomas. Besides there is always Five Guys or In and Out.

Well, I haven’t been to Carl’s Jr in awhile and now I remember why. I tried the new Bourbon Burger and well it was awful. The Burger was cooked to death and burnt. Looked like it was left behind something and some one found it. The Buns… what did they do to the buns? Both Bun and Burger was VERY DRY! The Only thing good was the Bourbon sauce. The Fries were more moist than the whole burger.
My wife had a Western Burger and the same… DRY and BURNT.
I know fast food isn’t gourmet but you could at least make the burger more moist.

The Green Burrito grilled fish tacos are surprisingly delicious. Two street taco size flour tortillas, pico de gallo, jalepeno relish, lettuce, cheese and tender grilled white fish.

Not bad. Got two chocolate chip ice cream sandwiches, four crispy tacos, and large drink for $ 6.49!

Always fresh and hot everytime I go. Love it and really love the cheap prices.

I used to think this place was the best carl’s jr. around, but not anymore. When I went last time, there was a thick, curly, short hair in my french fries (I still shudder to even think about what it was). And my sister’s chicken for her burger was burnt. Makes me wary of the place now. To think that we went through the drive-​thru, too. SIGHHH…

I love this Carls Jr. Its the best although its in the ghetto.

By far, this is the best Carl’s Jr. in the area. Their service is quick. The food is delicious. Best of all, Carl’s Jr. is better than ever.
Carl’s Jr. has overhauled their french fry offering… with both standard and criss-​cross fries, they’re arguably better than In’n’Out! Their burgers are without comparison.
This Carl’s Jr. offers many more deals than neighboring franchises.
