Werner & Sons

We’ve had Werner & Sons out a few times over the years. And each time they’ve been fantastic!
First trip was to replace most of our single pane windows and a patio door with dual pane windows and a new door. Second trip a few months later for 2 remaining smaller windows. For these installations everything was done by the book, and both the sales people and the installers were the model of professionalism.
They’ve replaced our patio door (due to a flying pebble that broke the outer pane — not covered by warranty, but that’s fair enough), and one of our windows that was broken (covered by warranty so zero charge to us!).
Then just recently we had them out again to replace our entire HVAC system. Just as before, they were very thorough and honest, and delivered a fantastic new system with minimal fuss.
Werner & Sons aren’t the cheapest outfit in town, but their prices are competitive. They are prompt and have always been on time. And their thoroughness in dealing with all the paperwork, quotes, following up and actual installations is top notch. And they’ve always been very honest and fair with us. If they provided more home improvement services, we would call them first for those. From my experience, they really are an excellent company!

Installation of 10 replacement windows and two sliding doors was completed today.
Bruce and Bill are very knowledgeable and conscientious about their work. They were able to answer the many questions I had. They showed up on time, did the work as agreed on time. They helped with furniture that had to be moved and were clean and well organized. Both Bruce and Bill are very interested in and enjoy their work. So, they do a good job. Bill and two employees installed the windows and doors. I actually enjoyed having them in my home. I have no doubt they will stand behind their work and their product. Also, I didn’t pay a dime until installation was cpmplete.

Bought a slider from Bill at Werner. Bruce came out and measured area, very timely and full of information. Bill was able to install the slider sooner than planned, which was awesome. Paul installed the slider and paid close attention to detail with replacing trim. Took special care to keep area clean and covered. I love my new slider, it’s beautiful and Werner & Sons did a wonderful professional job with install. Thanks guys!
Also, I appreciated the amount of communication. Each man called to let me know they were on their way and if running behind, gave me ample notice. I think they realize my time is just as valuable as theirs. Great customer service!

In June of 2009, I had Werner and Sons come out and replace a few windows in my house. At that time, I couldn’t afford to get them all done, but every little bit helps and since my house was built in ’55 and had single pane steel windows, I couldn’t wait! Besides the obvious energy loss, they were painted shut so I couldn’t get fresh air in. Bruce came out to do my estimate and he was great! Not pushy, but very knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered 5 new windows, two of which were huge picture windows in the front. The installation crew was great — I was recovering from surgery the day they came and maybe it was the drugs or maybe it was just them, but they were really nice and fast!
Fast forward almost 2 years… I’ve been saving (and I got married last year), so I’ve got a little money to get a new slider and three more windows done. I called last week, Bruce came out (as fabulous as ever), they’ve measured and my windows are now on order. I can’t wait to get them in!
So far, I really love working with this company and would recommend them!
