worst appliance repair company ever. stay away. total scam! russian mafia. same as AAA appliance repair.

do not, not make an appointment with this company which is operated by the same people as aaa appliance. they will give you a time block for your service, say that it is no problem, and then the waiting starts. they will tell you whatever they can to keep you from making a service appointment with a reputable company that actually shows up. i was given 3 – 5 pm, then told the repair guy would be here at 4 pm. at 5 pm, i was told the repair guy would come in an hour. when i asked them why they made appointments they could not keep, and then told me they would be on time, i was yelled at… i have an appointment with a different company on monday morning… and will hopefully have a running dishwasher by noon that day …
