Anytime Limousine Service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I think this is the first time I have EVER written such an unpleasant review for a service, but it is reflective of my experience working with this company. If you are looking for a limo or shuttle service for an event that is important to you, in my case my wedding, I would HIGHLY recommend using another service, such as ITS (Integrated Transportation Services, Inc), because this company cannot be trusted.
To summarize my experience, they held my guests hostage in the shuttle without transporting them to my wedding until they received an imprint of my credit card, which I had given them in advance to avoid this type of situation since, as you can imagine, often brides are preoccupied on the day of their wedding. Second, after tracking me down minutes before for my ceremony to deal with this, the driver did not follow the directions I had confirmed 3 TIMES with the company, and got lost! This made my entire wedding late and a bus full of unhappy guests.
To top this off, their customer service is so EXTREMELY rude. They took absolutely no responsibility for their behavior, were unapologetic, and tried to put the blame on me. I would never ever ever encourage anyone I know to use this service. They are unable to provide the service you expect, and they are very difficult to deal with.
It appears that from other reviews they may get it right sometimes, but is this a risk you are willing to take when you are shelling out a fortune for a huge event? I wouldn’t.

I haven’t even left for our trip but I had to stop and write a review! We are using their service tonight for a charity event. The whole staff has been so accommodating. Susanna took the call and answered all my questions and got us step up with the approriate car. I then had to come back and add additional people to the reservations. Mike had a quick response time and assured us that we were all set with the changes that I had made. It is so refreshing to work with people that enjoy their job. Thanks for making it easy! I will do another review on the actual car service… I am sure it will be great!

Anytime Limo Service is the best at what they do! We used them for our wedding transportation and they did not disappoint! We rented their largest party bus for the wedding party and it was awesome! Our driver George, was very friendly, on time and a great driver! He got us into places that I would be nervous about driving with a normal car let alone a huge bus! Will definitely use them again in the future!

I rented the sprinter Mercedes for 10 passengers for my bday. One day before my event they emailed me saying it wasn’t available. I got a «free upgrade» with the ford limo. The only reason i gave them a 3 is because it was a good price they gave me compared to the rest. And my driver john was really cool. He did everything we needed him to due. ohh and one last thing, the ford limo wasn’t very clean from the ceiling and needed a little upgrade with the light! other than that my friends and i enjoyed the limo!

They don’t even deserve the 1 star. They called and confirmed my reservation and then never showed up!!! They processed my credit card and then left us standing there waiting for over 30 mins and calling and the phone went right to voicemail of someone’s cell phone and the voice mailbox was full!!! Don’t ever use them!!! They are the worst car service ever!!!

Terrible limo service. After asking and confirming twice that the limo would be arriving on time with a full bar, the limo showed up with no alcohol. We decided to go to Ralphs and get our own liquor, which in turn made us late for our event. The driver told us the limo service would hear about the lack of bar (he never told them). I emailed, but never received an answer. I called and complained about the lack of a bar as promised, kindly informing them that I was late for my event and down $ 150 for alcohol. A day later I was informed that I would be reimbursed $ 20 for the lack of bar on their end.
Did i mention the driver almost took a wrong turn on the freeway… we had to constantly check on him to make sure we got to our location. Its like GPS isnt a common thing anymore…
EDIT: Finally went through and read the other 1 star reviews. Please read them. I feel like the people giving 5 stars probably work for the company…

On Saturday I booked a reservation for a hummer with Nancy and she was EXTREMELY helpful, I called a few other places before hand and I was absolutely frustrated because they could not help me right away as she did. It was so easy and i am satisfied how helpful she was and judging with the quality of the service. I’ll definitely be coming back. When i booked it for my best friends birthday I wasn’t expecting everything to work out perfectly as I encountered with previous experience. The driver Gev was amazing, along with how clean the bus was. And the night was AMAZING. Never thought a night can be such a blast for a easy and convenient service. I cannot wait to book my next reservation. Nancy is awesommeeeeeeeeeee. Thank you SOOO much for your kind service!

Terrible Company — I was quoted a price, provided a contract, signed and returned it and all set right? No! 3 ½ hours before the pick up I was informed the price I was quoted was incorrect and they needed an additional $ 45 or they would cancel the pick-​up.
When I tried to speak to them about it they said their limo was extended by the «customer» before my pick up and they canceled my contract. Funny, I thought I was their customer too.
Now I get to tell my daughter and her 9 friends their prom limo was cancelled.
Buyer beware and be prepared to have your fare increased or worse yet, cancelled…

I have used this limo service many times in the past after having been stood up or picked up late in the past by other limo companies. They have always been on time and very friendly and professional every time. Our last experience our plane arrived 25 minutes early but no worries because our driver was already at the baggage claim area with a cart waiting for us. I book with them and no one else! This is not a fake 5 star review they really do deserve it.

I wish I could give this company 10 stars! I booked the 14-​passenger Lincoln Navigator stretch limo for my birthday and could not be more impressed with the vehicle, service and price! I called at least 10 other limousine companies (no joke) and this company had the best price in town! Robert was our driver and was super professional. He was on time, dressed VERY nice, and accommodated our every need. He was so awesome and even made additional stops for us that were not originally planned. Thanks so much Robert!
I had read so many bad reviews with other limousine companies and was worried but I would recommend this place in a heart beat. The limo itself was pristine, had a full bar, CD player/​iPod hookups, interchangeable lighting, and just overall beautiful and fun! All of my guests had such a great time in the limo and were posting selfies on FB like crazy!
Reservations was very easy to make. They did not charge my credit card until the day of the service and called to confirm the appointment early in the morning.
I can’t say enough good things about this limo company. They have found a lifetime customer!

This limo service is awesome! We’ve been using this service for over 5 years and have not a single bad experience! We have used them for airport transfers, night outs, birthdays and other family events. They always accommodate our needs. Since we have been using this company for such a long time, I believe we have met all of their drivers and they are all very professional and kind. I highly recommend this service!

We hired an SUV navigator limo for our kids birthday party of 13 people. David B. our driver was excellent-​called me hours before to introduce himself, confirm the pick up location and our needs. He arrived early and on time. The limo was pristine, and everything functioned well — A/​C and iPhone/​iPod hookup, drinks. He showed us where all the seatbelts were (we had middle school kids) and he drove us safely to and from our destination. As a driver he was very pleasant and gave great service.
We were very happy with Anytime Limo. Easy booking, great price and overall a very pleasant ride. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give negative stars here to wipe out all those self-​promoting false 5 star comments. What a horrific experience, these people have no idea how to provide prompt service. They left me stranded on the street for 45 minutes. I will NEVER EVER use them again! Stay away!!!

I was truly impressed with this company. I used them for the second time several weeks for my 40^th bday, and they exceeded my expectations from start to finish. They made the arrangements so easy, and the service I received the night of my party was SPECTACULAR! Not only was my driver, Sergio, about 10 minutes early, but he had my entire itinerary, and was on top of everything. He was polite and friendly to all of my guests, and whenever we were ready to be picked up from all of our destinations, he was always prompt.
I used them about 2 years ago also, and I had the same type of experience. Needless to say, I would recommend them in a heart beat! This is what top notch customer service is all about.

I made reservations from Florida for the 36 passenger party bus. The bus arrived on time in Hollywood, CA, the driver Sako was as nice as he could be, the bus was clean, well equipped, and ready to rock! My group of 30 people loved the ride, the sound system, and the light show. We had the bus for about eight hours and had a super time! I highly recommend Anytime Limousine Service.

I wish I can give zero stars if I can because 1 star is too much!
I booked a navigator limo for 10 people for my wedding.
This particular day topped at 96 °F and the ceiling A/​C was NOT WORKING which was the only A/​C available for the groom and bride seat. There was no apology from the driver either. I had particularly booked this company because they already had the liability insurance with the L.A. Arboretum. When I booked, I made sure that they knew their way there AND to the back gate which allows the limos on the grounds for photo shoot. I also attached the directions from Arboretum to the limo company. However, once we got to the front of the arboretum, the driver asked me where HE SHOULD BE GOING! Umm… ONE JOB you have is to DRIVE AROUND! We are going to the Arboretum for a photo shoot. Did you not check for direction? He was also getting fresh with my MOH because I was clearly annoyed that 1. I was sweating like a mofo in a patty coat and a wedding gown in 96 °F day in a limo with no direct A/​C AND that I had to fish through my email on the phone to get him the directions when I already got car sick from his horrible sudden breakings.
for 4 hours it was $ 95 /​hr so total $ 385 for the limo. If I knew that I was getting a limo with no A/​C and an incompetent driver, I would NOT FOR SURE have booked let alone pay full price.
OH two more. the limo would NOT have sat 10 adults comfortably. My 2 photographers ended up driving their own cars there. And I actually got a ride back to the wedding site from my photographers because their A/​C was actually working. The limo driver freaked out that I wasn’t going back with them and stopped us 3 times to make sure that we were coming back so he can get his tip. SMH to the max!
DO NOT HIRE!

We hired Anytime Limo for my daughter’s prom on 4÷27÷13. Mike, the owner was awesome and made the experience easy and delivered 100%! The limo was very clean, the chauffeur Sergio was punctual, professional and made the experience fun for our daughter and all of her friends. I recommend Anytime Limo for all your special events! Thanks a lot!

This company is awesome!!! They return your calls, show up on time, have nice and knowelable drivers!!! Would hightly recommend them!!!

Anytime Limo Service is truly a wonderful company. I have been using them for the past year and extremely happy with their service.
I get some of the best rates around town but the service that I get is really top notch. I have never once been late or waited for the driver and they always pick me up with a smile.

Limousine service that didn’t deserve a dime, but got it anyway. I rented a Escalade Limo to celebrate my GF’s advancement in her career/​belated birthday party. I gave them the specific places where we’re going. I rented this sucker for 8 hours. Now the run down,
Driver was late 15 – 20 mins picking us up –1 star
Driver drove the limousine like a cab, instead of luxury vehicle –1 star
Even with GPS, the driver, got lost for an HOUR, yes, an HOUR looking for our restaurant (Mini Bar) –1 star
Making us late for our VIP bottle service at the club, –1 star
Only compensation they offered, one hour off. –1 star
Guess it should have been 0 stars, but we can’t give that.
