I love Andre and his crew. I had someone hit me in the parking lot. I called them up right away. Andre gave me amazing advice on how to make sure I get everything I need paper wise that way I don’t lose any money. That was just the consulting phase.
The work itself was done to perfection, on time and insurance covered it all no problemo!
I like the fact that they are independent and don’t let insurance companies dictate the flow. Muy Importante.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I heard about AP through a AAA referral and am so thankful I found this place. My insurance did not cover my accident so Andre went out of his way to hunt down the parts to fix my car in a timely cost efficient way. He literally saved me thousands of dollars and the repair ended up being HALF the price and took HALF the time the other mechanics quoted. They were super easy to get in touch with and even would call to give me updates. Andre and company fixed the steering of my car and got rid of any aesthetic issues so that by the time I got my car it looked brand new! I’m so happy to have my car back and it’s all thanks to AP body shop.

Amazing and stress free experience! I was involved in a really bad accident. My insurance company wanted to total my car even though I still had a year’s worth of payments left on it. Andre walked me through the process of repair, answered every question and addressed every concern with patience and knowledge. He took care of the insurance company, got me a loaner car so I wouldn’t have to pay for a rental (I didn’t have rental car insurance). He called me when it was done and stayed late the day I was coming to pick it up so I could get back in my car. I have recommended AP Body Shop to everyone I know and people I don’t. If you want great work, great customer service and a stress free experience (or as stress free as car repair can get), this is the place to take your car!

WooHoo! As good as it gets! I have not posted thousands of reviews on Unilocal,but when I have, it’s usually been for service that was so atrocious I could not help myself (American Airlines). However, what a pleasure it is to not do that, here.
Where do I begin? This was my second experience at this shop. It’s like getting a new car. It is indescribable to work with a business where you don’t feel like you have to be watching your back all the time. Especially as a female, with a car. Someone could take advantage of me and I’d smile. But here… it felt like I had someone on my side!
But far beyond that, the work!

The fact that they are exceptionally nice goes without mention (although that is awesome, too). But the fact that they are honest and do what they promised, and even earlier, in my case. As someone who has not had auto-​luck, maybe my luck is changing.

This place is great! Super nice staff and my car was fixed in no time. The needed part was there the next day AND he looked at my trunk which wasn’t opening. Both are fixed! I recommend this place for sure!

I absolutely love this place!!! Andre and his staff where honest, personable and efficient. I get very hesitant to take my vehicle anywhere because I am a female and most of the time shops try to add extra stuff. Being that I come from a family of mechanics I might not look like I know what is legit. That being said this shop is THE ONLY shop I will be taking my vehicle to have body damage repair. Andre and his crew even spotted some mechanical problems I had not been completely aware of and recommended me to another great resource AAA approved. With all of that I now have two reliable spots to take my car when it might need anything.

One of the reason this shop have good reviews, it has to be because from the top to the bottom, they conducted themselves with amazing professionalism. They so honest that if you do not need to replace any part but it can be fix they let you know plus the options how to go about the repair. #A.P.Body.Shop rocks. Loved it. This is the worst bodyshop I have ever been to. You can tell just by looking at mess they have .I had my car painted here and after 2 weeks paint was dull, and had a lot imperfections.. I would highly recommend taking you’re car to another shop.

Worst body shop ever. all they do is lie to u. And laugh about it. make sure u double check your car. For parts that are suppose to be replaced. If u have good insurance go to a reputable body shop dont cheap out. Never again. Have a good day

I needed body work done and so I asked some friends for a reference and they sent me to Andre and Nancy, the owners of AP Body Shop, who had been their former neighbors. I liked them as soon as I met them and recognized that they knew everything there is to know about body work and, more importantly, care about the little things, the details.
My wife had sideswiped a yellow pole in a parking garage and the whole left side had to be «reskinned.» They dealt directly with the insurance agency and called ahead to Enterprise to make sure they held the right car for us. We got the car back last week, as promised and on time. Not only was all the damage repaired perfectly, the car looks like new! And it’s close to nine years old!
And, even better, Carlos the shop foreman had repaired some nicks in the rear bumper and cleaned up the cloudiness in the headlights — neither one of which was covered by the insurance claim, but they just won’t let any car leave the lot without looking perfect. Of course, I hope I never have to have such extensive work done again but if (and when) I do, I’ll certainly head back to AP.

Whatever you do, don’t borrow the loaner car unless you take photos of every side with the owner in them. You may need the proof you didn’t damage it, otherwise you may be facing a huge claim against your insurance company and have to cough up a huge deductible. BEWARE!

MUST READ! An idiot hit my car while it was parked outside my apartment and did not have the courtesy to leave a note. I was pissed! I have a lease and I don’t plan to keep the car at the end of the lease, so I needed my bumper it to be fixed ASAP, My bumper required paint work. I’m not from the area and if anything like this would happen in the past, either my brother or dad would take care of it. So i started searching around expecting this to be a bad experience because i don’t know sh*t about cars.
I found AP Body Shop. From the moment I stepped in, EVERYONE was very polite and friendly. Carlos took pictures and provided me with a quote and got me setup to start my insurance claim.
I just moved a month prior to this incident and I did not have the «Car rent coverage» in my car insurance because I used to live so close to work, that i can literally walk to it. But now I moved farther from work leaving me without a car to drive to it. So I took the bus in order to save up some cash. Once Carlos knew this, he reorganized his agenda and fixed my bumper within 2 DAYS! I am amazed and grateful for his attention. When I picked up my car it looked spotless. Not only did he fix my bumper he cleaned and detailed my car. The car looked AS GOOD or even BETTER as the day i picked it up from the dealer. Carlos didn’t just focus on the bumper, he went around and detailed every spec or scratch that the car had by hand painting it. I was soo happy that day, I made a great choice trusting my car to Carlos.
I recommend this place HANDS DOWN, i was taken care of with great client service and attention, these guys really go the extra mile.

No need to go anywhere else if you need any auto body work or have the unfortunate experience of having an accident and needing your car repaired. Andre, Nancy, and Carlos the manager are super cool, friendly, helpful, and most of all HONEST. They go above and beyond what is needed and expected, helped me go through my insurance company so I knew what steps to take, and made me feel at ease with leaving my beloved with them. Also helped get a great deal for my rental car, and referred me to a future auto repair shop that they trust 100%. This is my second time going to them, and I wouldn’t look anywhere else. Love this family run business. Whether it’s buffing and painting a bumper, or full on repair mode with dents, cracked lights, etc, they have seen and done it all. By the way, my friends go and see them as well, and my friends have thanked ME for referring them :)

Great place, great people. The owners, Andre and Nancy, are both so nice and helpful. Andre personally drove me to the rental spot down the street to pick up my car. The work they did on the my car was top of the line and fast. They even took the water spots off my hood for free.
Highly recommend them for any paint and body needs.

AP body shop is wonderful! The owners are so willing to help and the workers are on top of things. I went to AP to get my side mirror replaced because I’m an idiot and backed into a fence. Took it in and Andre and Nancy were so helpful in getting all my information and searching for the best option. Ordered the mirror which was suppose to be in 2 days later around 10, but it came in early so one of the workers called me, which I think is awesome that they made an extra effort. They do efficient and beautiful work. Come here of you need any body work done! They are the best!!!

Andre and Ralph took great care of me! The apartment complex I live in was painting the exterior walls and some overspray paint covered my crystal clear, extra expense, optional factory paint job… Of course, I was highly irritated as I keep my car spotless, and I keep it waxed.
Anyway, AP Body Shop quoted me $ 175 to professionally clean the paint without scratching it and putting on a fresh coat of wax. I was to get the apartment painting company to pay the bill and return the next day to schedule an appointment. Well, the very next day after I complained to the apartment painting company and they said they would pay for the body shop to take the overspray off, someone wiped the overspray paint off of my car… Again, I was highly irritated as I couldn’t believe the very same thing I was trying to avoid (trying to unprofessionally take it off that only creates scratches), some idiot did it on purpose — probably trying to help the situation but just made it even worse by putting a million scratches in the surface of the paint.
So, I showed Andre the new problems and he said he’d take care of it under the original quoted price. They did the job the very next day and the car is now back to 100% new. They shined it up, put a new coat of wax on it and even shined the tires for me. To top it off, Andre dropped the price by $ 35 to $ 140, but I paid him the originally quoted price anyway because I was impressed by their professionalism and quality of work.
If I ever have any issues or want some work done in the future, I’m going to AP Body Shop. Thanks guys!

I had the best experience ever at an Auto Body shop with AP Body Shop even though car issues are my biggest pet peeve!!!
First off, I’m already feeling pissy about the car situation since somebody hit my car in my parking lot. I work 12 – 14 hours a day and have zero time to deal with car insurance companies or body shops.
Right from the start Andre and Nancy were fast and thorough. They explained step by step how the entire process would work with my insurance company. They were very patient with me. It took forever for me to get my estimate and another few weeks before I could get my car into the shop.
When I went to drop off my car Nancy drove me the 2 blocks to Enterprise Rental Cars. She also went through a check list with me about things to watch for at the rental car company that they would try to get me to buy. She reminded me that since insurance was paying for my rental that I didn’t need to buy extra insurance coverage. She also said they needed to give me something comparable to my car that was in the shop (not an economy model). She also asked if it was direct bill through the insurance company or if I would have to put it on my credit card first. She then went over and beyond and walked me into the rental car company and stayed there with me till she made sure everything was okay.
Andre found more work that needed to be done than what was estimated through my insurance company. Thankfully, he was the one that had to deal with them and he got them to pay more for the necessary repairs.
I also learned that they do exterior auto detailing on your entire car. It was so worth it. I had some little spots of road gunk on my car and they removed all of it. My car literally looks like I just bought it.
I hope to God I don’t need them again for body repair work (fingers crossed that I don’t run into anything) but definitely plan on maintaining my car with the exterior auto detail once a year.

I’ve taken 2 cars here for body work and I can’t say enough good things. Andre and Nancy are awesome. You can tell Andre loves what he does, and he’s great at it.
They’re honest, the prices are reasonable, and he did exceptional work on both of my cars.

I took my 11 and a half year old PT Cruiser here to be detailed inside and out as it had a lot of paint chipping, scrapes, rust, dings & dents, & inside it was very dirty with stains, faded areas & just overall a sad little old car that I’m selling because I inherited a Honda CR-​V.
Andre met with me & told me to not put any money into repairing the body damage, which was great to hear & super-​honest of him to do so. I scheduled my detailing for a couple of days later, and Andre drove me home (I live 3 miles away) & Nancy picked me up the next day when it was ready. They are fantastic people and did an AMAZING job on my car. The car looks incredible, they smoothed out the dents on the bumper & put matching paint over the scrapes & dings & rusting. And the interior looks almost new again, all for $ 240.
I will definitely be back to have the CR-​V detailed, you guys are wonderful!!!
