I bought a Tacoma here last month and till this day nothing has gone wrong nor I have had any problems mechanically. I really appreciate everyone at best deal motors. They were very patient with me and real good with the pricing of the truck. I have to say going to dealers and shopping around for cars is probably the most annoying thing to do in one day, but when I went in I was treated with respect and very happy leaving the place. Funny story is I decided to get 4k and throw it in my back pack while wearing bad cloth ripped up and painted. Really trying to see what dealer would overlook me and what dealer really worked the correct way. I drove all over lankershim first dealer did not have the Tacoma i wanted but still treated me up to par which was fair, the second dealer was supper aggressive and honestly thought i was a window shopper and treated me like garbage. The 3^rd dealer well i don’t know what was up with this dealer because they did not even come outside and help me for like 30 minutes so i left. I passed down 1 more dealer before going here and they were fair in treatment but the cars quality was garbage. Now i came to Best Deal and right away a gentleman came outside and started to talk to me and explained each trucks information and asked me different questions to get a feel for what truck i needed. Let me tell you they had really good quality trucks on this lot and cleaned very nice. Anyways one thing led to another i test drove the truck and really fell in love. I bought the truck and am still driving it to work and back and very thrilled of my purchase. I definitely recommend this dealer to anyone.

This will be one of the most honest reviews you will ever see on Unilocal.I purchased a car here back in April. The salesmen there seem to be nice guys. However, the cars they are selling are the complete opposite. I will get into detail on this point later. I purchased a 2009 Toyota Corolla with 87,000 miles. On the test drive, the car felt fine. They gave me a due bill with parts that they would include at no extra cost to me. These parts included the following: spare tire, jack (vehicle lift), trunk mat (I am assuming from a junkyard as it was real greasy), and a plastic panel that was missing. They did honor due bill with the exception of the plastic panel. They said they would call me when they ordered one. I called twice and they just put it off and said they would call me. Due bill never fully honored.
Now on to the more important stuff. The car had a real bad rear tire and they said they would replace it at no cost if I took it back the following day. They did. However, a week later the tire began to make a low helicopter-​like sound. I thought maybe the tires needed balancing and alignment so I then took the car to get the tires balanced and aligned at a local shop. The guy at the shop wouldn’t do it. Said the struts were bad as well as the brake rotors. I thought maybe they were trying to sucker me. So I went and got second, third, and even fourth opinions. Yup, the struts and rotors were bad. This alone cost me over $ 1000 in repairs and included the sway bar links and bushings. So much for the reliable car they sad this would be.
Second issue. The following day after purchasing the vehicle, upon start up, the car made a real loud grinding sound. Apparently this was present before selling it and they were aware of it. They offered to have their mechanic look at it and possibly fix the issue. Well he did but had my car there for over a week. I was patient and didn’t mind as I researched this noise online and it appeared to be the cam gear assembly. To my surprise, the loud grinding noise is back. Apparently, the mechanic «micky moused» it. Definition for a micky mouse fix is as follows: A job done incorrectly in an extremely poor manner using the simplest, easiest, cheapest and fastest way possible. According to them the repairs cost $ 500. After further research and countless hours on Toyota forums, this repair had to be at least in the $ 1000 range and averaging $ 1500. The noise is back.
Third issue. The rpms are very low and the car vibrates horribly. Car pulsates when the turn signals and emergency lights are on.
Now here is the interesting part. The previous owner left some receipts in the glove compartment and sure enough they had his phone number. I contacted him and guess what? All of these issues were present when he owned the car. Remember when I mentioned that these cars are the opposite of nice? Well let me tell you why. They day I purchased the car, I saw them bring in a beat up looking Infinity G35. The following day when I picked up the replacement tire, I saw that the Infinity was already up for sale. The car was fully detailed and the paint looked great. This leads me to believe that the cars they sell are just quickly skimmed through by their mechanic (if at all), buffed and polished, and up for sale. To add to this point, I checked the air filter on the engine and it was horrible. I will try to upload that photo.
With all of that said, I warn you: STAY AWAY from this dealer. You will get a car that looks nice on the outside, but will most likely have mechanical issues.
Addition: If you are a first time buyer, your interest rate will be horrific. They will urge you not to get a co-​signer. They do explain the whole financing but want you to sign by yourself.

Bought a car here last month (honda accord) for my wife and was very satisfied. They explained the entire finance process and hey the car is running great so far and wife is happy!!!
