I wanted to write an update to my first review, as they ended up calling me to apologize and sent out a team of two to clean my carpets for free. Given that they took action to correct a mistake and make it right, I will give them the benefit of the doubt that the previous incident was a fluke. I will likely try them again as they did do a good job on the carpets.

I called these guys to clean my one bedroom apartment. They did a really really good job. All the stains in the dining room and a bedroom came out. The whole place looked clean and fresh. Everything got dry almost instantly. I will definitely use them again.
