NEVER COME HERE. I hate Budget. It’s seriously a rip off.
Yes, as the previous reviewer (G.S.) mentioned, Budget does require you to «over-​fill» the gas tank. !!! Didn’t know that we were supposed to fill the gas tank before returning the truck. Anyways, we took the truck around the corner to the nearest gas station and put in a few dollars. When we took it back, he said it still wasn’t ENOUGH and said he couldn’t even tell a difference. SO WE HAD TO FREAKING TAKE IT BACK AGAIN AND FREAKING FILL IT UP. omg. Their stupid policy requires you to ‘OVERFILL’ the gas tank. Yeah and forgot to mention the FIRST TIME when I filled it up, the pump «clicked» as if it were full. FOR A NORMAL CAR A CLICK MEANS THE TANK IS FULL.
Yeah and we got charged extra for not filling up the gas tank all the way.
I SWEAR, NEVER RENT FROM BUDGET. AND AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH THEM. I swear they must hate their job or something.

Rented a truck here for a one day move. On my way back to drop off the truck, I went around the corner to fill it up on gas (pressing the gas pump as far as it can go) and drove into the lot. When the guy was ringing me up, he charged me extra for not filling the gas tank all the way. Even though I insisted that I did, he wants his customers to over-​fill it. Other customers behind me overheard this and started to complain, agreeing that the pump only allows as much as it can go, but nonetheless that’s the way the owner makes a few extra bucks.
~side note: I have rented from U-​Haul, they check the dashboard to see if it’s a full tank and I’ve had no complaints. This guy insists you give him the gas receipt so he can calculate how much to charge you.
