Saved the day! Needed to find a fuel pressure sensor asap to pass the smog test as I needed it by Monday. This was on a Saturday and most places said they could order it, but of course it would take a couple business days. CarQuest came through! Ordered it in the a.m. and it was there by 1pm! Price was the same as others had stated. Was so grateful for their quick response and availability to help!

Fabian Sandoval was just as excited to find my car parts as I was. Everyone was working as a team on what I needed and approached me for help. As a very experienced mechanic with experience from tanks to busses and even locomotive’s, I can say this place was a pleasure to visit. Always remember you just never know who’s across the table and treating me like that made me a very happy customer. Thanks Car quest!

The guy behind the counter was borderline rude and unfriendly. I had told him that I don’t want brake pads made in China and that I wanted one that was made in the USA or Japan. He gave me a box and said, «here you go.» I said I wanted an American made part and he said, «It’s an American company.» I pointed at the box where it said made in China and asked that he give what I’m asking for.
Finally he gave me pads that were made in the U.S.A. and he seemed upset that I made him search the back room for a more expensive part that would bring more money into his business. Go figure.
I may still come into this store but I’d definitely avoid him.

Great service. I walked in and Kimberley immediately asked me if I needed help as I started looking at the wiper blades. She pulled everything up on her computer then gave me great advise on which blades to purchase (and genuine, too, as she didn’t up-​sell me on expensive blades).
Finally, as I tried to install the blades outside, an employee came out and installed them for me in 30 seconds.
I highly recommend Carquest and will be coming back here. Great service and a great experience.

I have shopped here before and the clerks seem so nice but when I tried to return a car battery they said that the don’t return them. It’s electrical the exclaimed. I didn’t see any disclaimer on the receipt about no returns. So I won’t be buying my auto parts from them anymore. R

I’ve been going here for wipers, bulbs, and other misc. auto parts for as long as I’ve lived in NoHo, that is, many, many years. The service is great. In all that time, twice the sales associate was not sure he had pulled the right bulb, and instead of just sending me out the door, he walked outside with me and made sure the part fit before I left. As a woman, I am unfortunately used to be treated like I’m an idiot by auto parts guys and mechanics, and these guys don’t do that. They are respectful and knowledgeable. That’s how you create a loyal customer!

Needed a quart of oil at the last minute. Called my mechanic and he told me to get a specific type of Mobil oil that the Mobil station didn’t have.
Ran in and they had what I was looking for and the guy at the counter was very nice and helpful. The guy noticed that I wasn’t very car savvy and offered to help out with paper towels and a funnel. I appreciated the extra step he took.
