Wow! These guys are so awesome!
Dropped my iPhone and smashed the screen, was panicked and frustrated but they were so great.
Quick, friendly, cool service.
They came into some problems with my phone but refused to let it beat them and persevered and conquered! My phone is like brand new, I am grateful for their patience and knowledge and just being really great guys.

Sar is AWESOME!!! I was freaking out because I dropped my phone and it wouldn’t turn on. I tried everything. I was happy to learn that they open at 9am! I got amazing customer service. Sar was soo nice and helpful. Just so happens, I needed to get my screen replaced. It was fast, affordable and easy. I would rather give my money to a business that cares about their customers and really wants to help, rather than people just trying you for your money. I don’t ever write Unilocal reviews, but this place is legit. A diagnostic is free, so if they try to fix it and it doesn’t work, they will give it back to you — free of charge. Plus there’s a 90 day warranty. You can even call in for a quote. They are very honest about their pricing and what they are doing with your device. You guys made my day! Thank you!!!

Awesome customer service! the owner and his wife are so sweet, this is why i drive all the way from woodland hills to either whitsett or the victory store every time. I’m notorious for cracking my screen and they take care of me for a decent price every time and have even threw in a screen protector for me in the past, which was really thoughtful.
I was at the victory store today, after cracking my screen for the 100th time. The two guys upfront were amazing and i was out of there in less than 30min. Thanks again, As always ill be back next accident. :)

If you need your cellphone repaired quickly and for a great price, definitely visit the cellphone guys!
My Samsung fell off my motorcycle and got destroyed. I called a few places before finally visiting the cellphone guys. They gave me by far the best price and turn around time (within an hour) than any other store around. Jack helped me out with all my questions and made sure I was taken care of.
Their customer service is phenomenal. Hopefully I never break my phone again but if I do, I won’t be taking my business anywhere but the cellphone guys.

I went to the cellphone guys location on burbank to get my volume button replaced or rather fixed. But as soon as I got my phone back it started making alot of noise like something was lose inside. so I came to this located to get it checked out, and turns out they didn’t put the battery correctly. Jack was able to put the battery on correctly. I’d recommend this place because they actually seem to know what they’re doing. Will definitely come here next time that I have a problem with my phone.

This place is a scam. They fixed my iPhone 5 screen and every time I’m I put the phone to my ear it puts the caller on hold. Came back to get proximity sensor fixed and by the time I got home it was doing the same thing. Then I brought my iPad in and weeks later it cracks again and they want full price to replace the screen. Garbage.

Amazing service – Jack was busy with other customers, but he multi tasked like a boss and checked in my phone, giving me a quick estimate and return time. You can probably do it yourself but my fingers are too fat to deal with my Blown out screen. And I didnt want to break anything else. Guys were fast and good priced
